Structure of Terms. Our Terms shall consist of this Agreement, together with the Scope of Work (“SoW”) addressing areas of collaboration agreed to by both of us (this Agreement and any such SoW are collectively the “Terms”). In connection with the SoW, we will designate those actions, responsibilities and services to be respectively provided by each of us. In the event of a conflict, the terms contained in a SoW will supersede conflicting terms contained in this Agreement.

Structure of Terms. This Agreement is between the IBPA Conference Society and a Participant who has completed the Online Event registration form and has purchased a ticket (or has or is having a ticket purchased for them) (“Attendee”, “you” or “your”). Your agreement with us consists of: Part A (Our relationship with you); Part B (Terms of Use); Part C (Attendee terms), which contains terms specific to registered users accessing the Online Event; and Part D (Additional Policies) Your use of our Services are also subject to the following policies which govern your access to and use of the Website and the Online Event mobile applications (“App”) available: Privacy Policy Cookie Policy Content Guidelines Anti-harassment policy (collectively, the “Terms”) IBPA Conference Society is committed to protecting your personal information. These Terms include and incorporate, by reference our privacy policy, which explains the types of information collected, stored, shared and processed in connection with the Online Event, how and why we use such information, who we share it with and your legal rights.

  • CHANGE OF TERMS The terms and conditions of this agreement are subject to future change by OWNER after the expiration of the agreed lease period upon 30-day written notice setting forth such change and delivered to RESIDENT. Any changes are subject to laws in existence at the time of the Notice of Change Of Terms.

  • REVIEW OF TERMS The Company reserves the right to review any of these terms at any time. Any change will take effect on the next transaction following the date on which the Company notified the customer of such change.

  • Modification of Terms The Contract contains all the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties, which terms and conditions shall govern all transactions between the Customer and the Contractor. The Contract may only be modified or amended upon mutual written agreement of the Customer and the Contractor. No oral agreements or representations shall be valid or binding upon the Customer or the Contractor. No alteration or modification of the Contract terms, including substitution of product, shall be valid or binding against the Customer. The Contractor may not unilaterally modify the terms of the Contract by affixing additional terms to product upon delivery (e.g., attachment or inclusion of standard preprinted forms, product literature, “shrink wrap” terms accompanying or affixed to a product, whether written or electronic) or by incorporating such terms onto the Contractor’s order or fiscal forms or other documents forwarded by the Contractor for payment. The Customer's acceptance of product or processing of documentation on forms furnished by the Contractor for approval or payment shall not constitute acceptance of the proposed modification to terms and conditions.

  • Construction of Terms Nothing herein expressed or implied is intended, or shall be construed, to confer upon or give any person, firm or corporation, other than the parties hereto or their respective successors and assigns, any rights or remedies under or by reason of this Agreement.

  • VARIATION OF TERMS All terms and any variations thereof shall be deemed to refer to masculine, feminine, or neuter, singular or plural, as the identity of the Person or Persons may require.

  • Definition of Terms The following terms referred to in this Agreement shall have the following meanings:

  • ALTERATION OF TERMS 13 This Agreement, including any Exhibit(s) attached hereto and 14 incorporated by reference, fully expresses all understandings of the parties 15 and is the total Agreement between the parties as to the subject matter of 16 this Agreement.   • Amendment of Terms a) In accordance with the School Boards Collective Bargaining Act, the central terms of this agreement, excepting term, may be amended at any time during the life of the agreement upon mutual consent of the central parties and agreement of the Crown.

  • CLARIFICATION OF TERMS If any prospective bidder has questions about the specifications or other solicitation documents, the prospective bidder should contact the buyer whose name appears on the face of the solicitation no later than five working days before the due date. Any revisions to the solicitation will be made only by addendum issued by the buyer.
