Structure and Membership. 3.1 The Committee will comprise both elected and appointed representatives to ensure balanced and equitable representation from the hundreds of GLAMR organisations that have invested in Trove. The Committee will operate as a strategic leadership group as well as a representative sample of this diverse set of organisations.

  • Furniture and Equipment For purposes of this Lease, the terms “furniture and equipment” shall mean collectively all furniture, furnishings, wall coverings, fixtures and hotel equipment and systems located at, or used in connection with, the Hotel, together with all replacements therefor and additions thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all equipment and systems required for the operation of kitchens and bars, laundry and dry cleaning facilities, (ii) office equipment, (iii) material handling equipment, cleaning and engineering equipment, (iv) telephone and computerized accounting systems, and (v) vehicles.

  • DISCLOSURE AND OWNERSHIP OF DOCUMENTS The CONTRACTOR shall deliver to the COUNTY for approval and acceptance, and before being eligible for final payment or any amounts due, all documents and materials prepared by and for the COUNTY under this Contract. All oral and written information not in the public domain or not previously known, and all information and data obtained, developed or supplied by the COUNTY, or at its expense, will be kept confidential by the CONTRACTOR and will not be disclosed to any other party, directly or indirectly, without the COUNTY’S prior written consent unless required by a lawful order.
