Strike - Lock-out. It is agreed that for the duration of the present agreement, there shall be no strike nor lockout, nor work slow-down, nor total or partial stoppage of work, nor study session. The parties agree not to counsel nor encourage the above mentioned actions.
Strike - Lock-out. The Union shall not authorize, sanction, condone, engage in or acquiesce in any strike as defined in Florida Statute 447.002. During the term of this agreement, the Employer will not lock out any employee.
