Streams/Wetlands. For Planning Area 1, the extent of development will be approximately as shown on PCI Plan Sheet SP-2. Development in Planning Area 1 does not impact streams or wetlands. Some development will occur within stream or wetland buffers, approximately as shown on PCI Plan Sheet CA-1. These buffer impacts are allowed by SMC 19.12.160.C, SMC 19.12.170.H, 19.08.560.B, and SMC 17.20.050.I and/or were approved in connection with the PCI Plan approval. Development within Planning Areas 2 and 3 will comply with applicable Development Regulations relating to any proposed alterations to streams and wetlands, including SMC 19.12.160 and 19.12.170.

  • Wetlands When disposing of excess, soil, or other construction materials on public or private property, Contractor shall not fill in or otherwise convert wetlands.

  • Dewatering 4.7.1 Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, all non- trades employees shall assist in ‘dewatering’ their own work site or area if it is so affected. This shall be done even during periods of inactivity. Preventative Maintenance ▪ Perform preventative maintenance work to safeguard against storm damage, such as blading to ensure correct runoff, ditch and culvert cleaning, and waterbar maintenance.

  • Wildlife Do not feed any of the wildlife ever. Animals of any size are potentially dangerous. Feeding even small animals attracts predators. Supervise children at all times. Keep garage doors closed at all times except when entering or leaving the Rental Home.

  • WATERBEDS The Tenant: (check one) ☐ - Shall have the right to use a waterbed on the Premises. ☐ - Shall not have the right to use a waterbed on the Premises.
