Streamlined Steps for Certain Amendments. The provisions of Section 11.1 to the contrary notwithstanding, if an amendment is to effect a replacement of the Lead Agent with another Participant consenting to serve as such, or to replace the Administrator or the Custodian, or to make related changes to the Agreement reasonably necessary or convenient to accommodate the Lead Agent, Administrator, or Custodian (such as, without limitation, changes to responsibilities and compensation) that are, in the determination of the Governing Board, expected to be in the best interest of the Participants (such as creating Funds and instituting further restrictions to Investment Policy) taken as a whole, the procedures of this Section 11.2 shall apply as follows:
