Strategic Management Reviews. The Supplier Representative and Authority Representative shall meet to hold a Strategic Management Review every twelve (12) Months. The Authority sees these meetings as a vital element in developing a strategic relationship with the Supplier and to promote the building of a positive working relationship. The content of these meetings will be agreed between both Parties at least ten (10) Working Days before the date of the Strategic Management Review. The Strategic Management Review meeting will consider as a minimum: overall Framework performance; efficiency opportunities, e.g. cost drivers (Supplier and Authority); benchmarking including progress against Government efficiency targets; market conditions (UK market share, financials); policy updates including emerging Government initiatives; and security and risk management.

Strategic Management Reviews. 2.3.1 The Supplier Representative and Authority Representative shall meet to hold a Strategic Management Review every twelve (12) Months. The Authority sees these meetings as a vital element in developing a strategic relationship with the Supplier and to promote the building of a positive working relationship. The content of these meetings will be agreed between both Parties at least ten (10) Working Days before the date of the Strategic Management Review.
Strategic Management Reviews. The Parties will hold strategic management reviews at six monthly intervals throughout the Term and for such period thereafter as the Authority (acting reasonably) considers necessary (“Strategic Management Reviews”). The Authority sees these meetings as a vital element in developing a strategic relationship with the Supplier and to promote the building of a positive working relationship. The content of these meetings will be agreed between both Parties at least fourteen (14) Working Days before the date of the Strategic Management Review. The Supplier will procure that the Supplier Representative shall attend each Strategic Management Review. The Strategic Management Review meeting will review and consider as a minimum: the identification and forecasting (at portfolio and Customer-specific levels, with the latter including advice to specific Customers in relation to budget setting) of non-energy costs. The Supplier will carry out (at intervals which the Authority, acting reasonably, considers appropriate) all activities required in order to provide such identification and forecasting; overall framework performance including Supplier’s supply chain performance including an assessment of the performance of, and potential to use, small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) to deliver the services in accordance with the Authority’s policy in relation to SME’s from time to time; forward planning, opportunities and future efficiencies including standardisation and rationalisation; gain senior level support for future initiatives; benchmarking including progress against Government efficiency targets; market conditions (UK/global market share, financials); policy updates including emerging Government initiatives; and security and risk management.

  • LABOUR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS 30.01 A Labour/Management Relations Committee shall be appointed, consisting of a maximum of two (2) Shop Stewards from the Union, and a maximum of two (2) representatives from the Co-operative. The full-time Union Representative may also attend these meetings from time to time. The Committee shall meet at the request of either party, for the purpose of discussing matters of mutual concern. Time spent by bargaining unit employees in carrying out the functions of this Committee shall be considered as time worked and shall be paid for by the Co-operative. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:
