STR Reports. Reports compiled by Xxxxx Travel Research, or its successor, which contain historical supply and demand, occupancy, and average rate information for the Hotel and hotels with which it competes (or, in the event that Xxxxx Travel Research discontinues providing such information, reports of similar nature compiled by an authority recognized nationally in the hospitality industry).
