One complete set of grade stakes and suitable offset stakes at each storm drain and intermediate grade stakes at an offset acceptable for construction at 50 foot intervals between storm drains. Developer shall provide to the City one (1) set of grade sheets (cut sheets) showing hub to storm water invert.

Stormwater Extension. The proposed stormwater extension will consist of approximately 1,531± linear feet of 6-inch to 12-inch stormwater mains, 8,430± square feet of LID infiltration trenches and other applicable stormwater system facilities and appurtenances located within Developer’s Property as shown on the preliminary plat or site plan attached hereto as Exhibit A. In addition to the above extension within Developer’s Property, the following described storm system facilities located outside Developer’s Property are also subject to this Agreement: 636± linear feet of 6-inch to 12-inch stormwater mains and 255± square feet of LID infiltration trenches and other applicable stormwater system facilities and appurtenances located within the SE Cedar Falls right-of-way.

Related to Stormwater Extension

  • Stormwater Notwithstanding any other provisions or terms of this Agreement, Company acknowledges that certain properties within the Premises or on Authority-owned land are subject to stormwater rules and regulations. Company agrees to observe and abide by such stormwater rules and regulations as may be applicable to the Premises, and, if applicable, Company hereby expressly covenants, warrants, and represents to Authority, in connection with Company’s operations on the Premises, the following:

  • Stormwater Management The Owner agrees that stormwater management measures shall be applicable to the development of the Lands, in a manner which is in accordance with the provisions of The Drainage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.D.17 and amendments thereto, and to the satisfaction of the Municipality's Engineer.

  • Drainage ▪ Prevent silt bearing road surface and ditch runoff from delivering sediment to any streams or wetlands. ▪ Maintain rolling dips and drivable waterbars as needed to keep them functioning as intended. ▪ Maintain headwalls to the road shoulder level with material that will resist erosion. ▪ Maintain energy dissipaters at culvert outlets with non-erodible material or rock. ▪ Keep ditches, culverts, and other drainage structures clear of obstructions and functioning as intended. ▪ Inspect and clean culverts at least monthly, with additional inspections during storms and periods of high runoff. This shall be done even during periods of inactivity. Preventative Maintenance ▪ Perform preventative maintenance work to safeguard against storm damage, such as blading to ensure correct runoff, ditch and culvert cleaning, and waterbar maintenance.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins.

  • Irrigation The City shall provide water to the Premises for the purpose of irrigating the facility. The City specifically reserves the right to restrict water usage under this Agreement if water restrictions are placed on other water users within the City. Prior to the start of the season, City will provide charge up and run through the automatic irrigation systems to check for proper operation. City will provide Lessee with a radio for remote operation of the irrigation system, which Lessee shall use for the day to day maintenance, repair, and monitoring of the irrigation system. If the radio is lost, stolen, broken, or is rendered unusable, Lessee shall pay $1500 for the replacement radio. City is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the following irrigation elements, to the extent applicable: curb stops, backflow prevention devices, backflow enclosures, main line pipings, electric control valves, and controllers. Lessee shall notify Parks Division Water managers by email if any of these irrigation elements are malfunctioning or broken.

  • Wastewater i.e. wastewater and storm water collection, treatment and management systems.

  • PAVING Provide a standard bubble map, as part of the plans, showing locations of numbered points, and a table with point number, northing and easting coordinates, description, and BL station for each point, for the following: ▪ all platted control irons (set or not), including plat boundary irons, for the entire sub-division, not just the current phase ▪ benchmarks, including TBM set with preliminary survey In addition to the required coordinate information, the following shall be included in all plans, at a minimum, as needed for construction staking on all City projects. ▪ Include copy of plat(s) on all plans, as relevant and approved by the Design Engineer ▪ Benchmarks – minimum of two City standards, four total desirable; as close to project as possible, even if TBM set with preliminary survey. ▪ Benchmark elevations must be in the same datum as the design (i.e. NAV 88 design needs NAV 88 benchmarks, not NAV 29) ▪ All control irons/identified property irons shall be shown on plans, with BL stationing and offset ▪ Show deflection angles in BL, and/or bearing/azimuth of BL sections ▪ Arterial project side streets – provide BL station at CL of intersection of the two streets, on the BL; BL station and offset to CL of side street at removal limits; include deflection angle from BL to CL of side street ▪ Existing FL/pavement grades shown at all match points ▪ Top of curb grades and stationing at all ends-of-return and horizontal/vertical P.I.’s, not just even stationing ▪ CL top of pavement grades for arterial ▪ CL elevation for streets on mass grading work @ 100’ Sta in tangent sections and 50’ on curves.

  • Maintenance Agreement The parties will abide by the terms of the Maintenance Agreement including the capacity to dispute the classification in accordance with the Maintenance Agreement (Information Appendix C).

  • Provisioning Line Splitting and Splitter Space 3.8.1 The Data LEC, Voice CLEC or BellSouth may provide the splitter. When EZ Phone or its authorized agent owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non-designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location; a collocation cross connection connecting the Loop to the collocation space; a second collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port; the high frequency spectrum line activation, and a splitter. The Loop and port cannot be a Loop and port combination (i.e. UNE-P), but must be individual stand-alone Network Elements. When BellSouth owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location with CFA and splitter port assignments, and a collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port.

  • EDUCATION/PREVENTION To promote health and safety, information about this policy, and information designed to minimise the harmful use of alcohol and other drugs will be displayed on-site and distributed as appropriate. The V.B.I. Alcohol and Drug Worker (Ph. (00) 0000 0000 or mobile 0000 000 000) or the V.B.I. Chaplain (pager Melbourne 9506 0136/Country 000 00 0000) may be contacted directly for information and/or assistance.
