Storm Sewers. 5. The Subdivider shall install storm sewers, with appurtenances, catch basins and leads sufficient to drain the Phase 2 Land properly and to drain abutting real property as required by the Municipal Engineer; and the following provisions shall apply to the storm sewer works:

Storm Sewers. Storm sewers, including manholes, catch basins and connections shall be installed in the locations and of such sizes as indicated within the Land on Schedule “A-1” of engineering plans prepared by the Engineer and approved by the City and set out on Schedule “D” attached hereto. Storm sewers shall be designed in accordance with current design data of the Municipal Works Department and shall properly drain the Land on the said Plan and accommodate the drainage from abutting land and runoff from the roofs of buildings erected in the said Plan as indicated on Schedule “A-1” attached hereto and shall be constructed to an adequate outlet. Storm sewer pipe shall be PVC or concrete with rubber gasket joints. Bedding shall be Class “B” unless otherwise stipulated, consisting of approved crushed granular material mechanically compacted to a minimum Xxxxxxx Density of 95% in 150mm layers under the pipe to a depth of one-third (1/3) the outside diameter, such depth being a minimum of 150mm and maximum of 300mm. Like material shall be placed in 150mm layers, mechanically compacted, on both sides of the pipe and to a depth of 300mm above the pipe, to the full width of trench, which, at the top of pipe, shall not exceed 600mm plus the outside diameter of the pipe.
Storm Sewers. 22. The Subdivider shall install storm sewers sufficient to drain the Land properly and to drain abutting real property as required by the County and the following provisions shall apply:
Storm Sewers. (a) The Developer shall, at no expense to the Town, except as hereinafter provided, construct and install all storm sewers to the 200 mm diameter PVC sanitary main, complete with manholes and other accessories both within and outside the development area which may, in the opinion of the Town, be required to serve the development area and that the servicing works shall include Parts 1, 2, 3, 4 Plan 59R-15974 and Parts 1, 2 and 3 Plan 59R- 15972 and the buildings to be erected thereon, in accordance with Town standards and approved drawings by the Director of Public Works and filed in the Town's offices prior to the issuance of a Building Permit. The design of such services shall be approved by the Director of Public Works prior to commencing construction and installation of the services.
Storm Sewers. The Town Board reserves the right to require the installation of storm sewers. The storm sewer shall be installed in accordance with the specifications and under the guidance of the Town Board. The cost of said storm sewer shall be charged to the developer.
Storm Sewers. Routine maintenance of any storm sewer facilities construction. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, removal of sediment, debris, vegetation and ice from grates and catch basins, and any other maintenance activities necessary to preserve the facilities and to prevent conditions such as flooding, erosion, or sedimentation; this also includes informing the District Maintenance Engineer of any needed repairs.
Storm Sewers. The sections of storm sewer to be cleaned and televised via this contract will be located primarily within the public Right of Way designations. However, there will also be some storm sewer sections which are located within public easements on private property. The Contractor shall assume sole responsibility for acquiring access to all storm sewer sections as well as for any needed restoration to public or private property after the Work has been completed. The Contractor shall also adhere to all site safety and traffic safety plans, including a variable level of traffic control appropriate for the traffic pattern at the Work site (see Part III, Section 1). The Contractor shall be responsible for: • Televising the storm sewer, inspecting the upstream and downstream manholes, and documenting all observations. This initial CCTV inspection shall be accompanied by a General Flush to remove loose debris in the storm sewer. This CCTV inspection shall also be in PACP and follow all PACP V6.0 standards. (See Section 2.3.1) • Inspecting each individual storm sewer lateral from the main storm sewer line to the catch basin. Waivers may only be issued at the sole discretion of the Duke Energy Inspector. This televising shall be in LACP and shall follow all LACP V6.0 standards. (See Section 2.4) Additionally, the Duke Energy Inspector has the sole authority to determine if Additional Work will be required. This Additional Work may include grinding protruding break-in connections and/or heavy cleaning of the storm sewer; the heavy cleaning bid item does include removal of all obstructions in the storm sewer but does not include grinding protruding break-in connections. Each item shall be issued separately and paid the appropriate unit bid rate. In the event that the Duke Energy Inspector issues any Additional Work, the Contractor shall be responsible for: • Performing any and all assigned Additional Work per the Duke Energy Inspector’s direction. (See Section 2.3.2) • Conducting a final televising of the storm sewer section to evaluate the condition of the storm sewer after all appropriate cleaning, trimming, grinding, and flushing has been performed. This final televising shall be in PACP and shall follow all PACP V6.0 standards. (See Section 2.3.3) For all mainline storm sewer (PACP) CCTV work, the Contractor shall be responsible for employing various flow control methods as appropriate to ensure visibility of the entire circumference of the storm sewer. Storm Sewers. All storm sewer segments included in this contract shall be subjected to an Initial CCTV Inspection, and may be subjected to Additional Work in the form of Storm Sewer Maintenance and Final CCTV Inspection, as defined in the specifications below. All storm sewer CCTV inspections shall include a full panning of each manhole accessed at any part of any CCTV inspection as well as a full PACP inspection/report as described above.

Storm Sewers. Xxxxxx Springs shall require any development of the Property to meet Xxxxxx Springs Storm Water regulations, as may be amended from time to time. Sanitary Sewer Edwardsville hereby grants to Xxxxxx Springs, upon compliance with the mutual covenants, agreements and conditions contained herein, and subject to approval by the Unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City, Kansas (UG), permission to connect the Property located at the southwest corner of Riverview Avenue and 110th Street in Xxxxxx Springs, Kansas (110 S. 110th Street) to the Edwardsville System at a single point of connection. Wastewater will deliver and discharge from said Property into the Edwardsville System; and, Edwardsville shall ensure the proper transport, treatment, and disposal of the wastewater received from Xxxxxx Springs. It shall be the sole responsibility of Edwardsville to convey and deliver the Wastewater from the Property. The parties concur the owner of the property is pursuing rezoning from A-1, Agricultural District to I-1, Light Industrial District in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of Xxxxxx Springs, Kansas as amended through Ordinance No. 2458, January 11, 2018, and, accordingly, Edwardsville agrees to accept a maximum of 100,000 gallons per day (gpd) and a peaking factor of 3. Such sewer capacity is contingent upon the development of said property within 36 months unless extended by mutual agreement of the parties. The cost of all improvements necessary to convey Wastewater to a designated Point of Entry, mutually agreed upon at a later date, together with the cost of normal connection fees and charges set by Edwardsville shall be borne by Xxxxxx Springs. Xxxxxx Springs and Edwardsville shall coordinate the design, contracting, construction and financing of improvements and acquisition of any necessary rights-of-way and easements for such facilities subject to Edwardsville approval. All designs, materials and specifications shall conform to KDHE requirements as a minimum standard. Edwardsville agrees to maintain the wastewater system(s) on and off the property in good condition and to make repairs in a timely manner and to require its customers to maintain and repair their respective systems. Xxxxxx Springs shall not have any responsibility or liability now or ever for the operation of Edwardsville’s System(s), except as agreed to in writing by the parties hereto.
