  • Account Management 15.1 The Contractor is required to provide a dedicated Strategic Account Manager who will be the main point of contact for the Authority.   • Document Management The Contractor must retain sufficient documentation to substantiate claims for payment under the Contract and all other records, electronic files, papers, and documents that were made in relation to this Contract. The Contractor must retain all documents related to the Contract for five (5) years after expiration of the Contract or, if longer, the period required by the General Records Schedules maintained by the Florida Department of State available at the Department of State’s Records Management website.

  • AGREEMENT MANAGEMENT A. Contractor may change Project Manager but the Energy Commission reserves the right to approve any substitution of the Project Manager.

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

  • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.
