Store Visits of Union Representatives. Duly authorized Representatives of the Union shall be entitled to visit the stores for the purpose of observing working conditions, interviewing members, unsigned employees, and to ensure that the terms of the Collective Agreement are being implemented. The Union Representative shall notify the Store Manager of their attendance on site. Union Representatives shall be permitted to check employee time records including work schedules. It is understood that the Union Representative may attempt to resolve problems through Store Management prior to referring a matter to the grievance procedure.
