STORE HOURS. Tenant shall ensure that each Concession is open for business without interruption as determined by the Airport Director. Unless otherwise approved in writing by County, the Parties agree to the approved Store Hours. County may, in its sole discretion, require Store Hours to change during the Term. Tenant hereby acknowledges and agrees to operate the Concessions as required which, if requested by County, may be twenty- four (24) hours per day seven (7) days per week, including all holidays. Tenant may request changes to Store Hours after six (6) full months of operations under this Lease. County may, in its sole discretion, approve or deny such requested changes.
STORE HOURS. Sellers shall operate the Leased Stores in a commercially reasonable manner as retail candy stores and shall preserver the current business operations, including maintenance of current hours of operation.
STORE HOURS. The Company reserves the right to schedule hours of operations, employees’ hours of work, length of and time of shifts, rest periods, lunch periods, and overtime work, subject to the provisions set out below.

STORE HOURS. Tenant shall cause its business to be conducted and operated in good faith and in such manner as shall assure the transaction of a maximum volume of business in and at the Premises. Tenant covenants and agrees that the Premises shall remain open for business at least during the Store Hours or such other hours as shall be seasonally adjusted by Landlord. If Tenant shall fail to cause its business to be operated during the hours required by the preceding sentence, or as otherwise required by Landlord, in addition to any other remedy available to Landlord under this Lease, Tenant shall pay to Landlord, as liquidated damages for such breach, a sum equal to One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each hour or portion thereof during which Tenant shall fail to so operate. If Tenant shall request Landlord's approval of the opening of the Premises for business for periods exceeding those designated above and Landlord shall approve such request, Tenant shall pay for any additional costs incurred by Landlord in connection with Tenant's opening the Premises for business during such additional hours, including but not limited to, a proportionate share of any additional amounts of Landlord's Operating Costs, additional costs of heating, ventilating and air-conditioning the Premises, and additional utilities furnished to the Premises by Landlord.

STORE HOURS. Subject to the provisions of Section 4.2, Tenant shall conduct its business and shall be open to the public for business in the Leased Premises during the same hours as business is conducted by all other stores, being operated under Tenant's trade name, but no less than fifty-five (55) hours per week. Tenant represents that as of the date hereof Tenant's business hours are seventy (70) hours per week.

Unless other hours are designated or approved by Landlord in writing, Tenant shall cause the Premises to be open from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
STORE HOURS. Tenant shall conduct its business in the Premises during the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM every day during the Term (referred to as “Minimum Center Hours”), plus such additional hours as Tenant may elect to open, but not earlier than 5:00 AM or later than 10:00 PM on any day. Tenant will notify Landlord of its initial operating hours and of any change to its operating hours at least five (5) days before any such change takes effect. All display windows in the Premises shall be well lighted during the period the Retail Area is open each day until one half hour after the Retail Area is closed. In the event the Premises are not open for business to the public on any day or days required by the terms of this Lease to be so open, Tenant shall pay to Landlord on demand an amount equal to $1,000.00 for each such day that Tenant’s store is not open, which sum shall be Additional Rent hereunder and not a penalty and shall not be credited against or be in lieu of Rent otherwise payable by Tenant under the provisions of this Lease. In the event Tenant fails to open its store in the Premises at or before the time required hereby or closes such store before the closing time provided for herein, except for reasons beyond the reasonable control of Tenant, Tenant shall pay to Landlord on demand as Additional Rent, and not as a penalty, the sum of $100.00 per hour. Such sum shall not be credited against or be in lieu of Rent otherwise payable by Tenant under the provisions of this Lease.
