Storage Upon Return. Upon any Return Occasion, Lessee shall, at Lessor's request and at Lessee's risk and expense, in addition to other storage referred to above, arrange for the parking, storage and insurance of the Aircraft for a period not exceeding sixty (60) days at such reasonable location as Lessor requests where Lessee has or can arrange for storage. Lessee shall pay or cause to be paid all costs and expenses for such parking, storage and insurance.
Storage Upon Return. If, at least sixty (60) days prior to termination of this Lease at the end of the Basic Term or any Renewal Term or pursuant to Section 9(c), Lessee receives from Lessor a written request for storage of the Aircraft upon its return hereunder, Lessee will provide Lessor, or cause Lessor to be provided, with free parking facilities for the Aircraft (maintenance costs and other out-of-pocket costs other than parking fees to be for the account of Lessor) for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days commencing on the date of such termination at a location in the continental United States selected by Lessee and used as a location for the parking or storage of aircraft; provided that Lessee shall have no obligation to move the Aircraft from such location during or after the storage period. Lessee, unless instructed by Lessor to the contrary, will maintain insurance for the Aircraft during such period not exceeding thirty (30) days and be reimbursed by Lessor for the premiums thereon.
Storage Upon Return. If, at least 15 days prior to termination of this Lease at the end of the Term or pursuant to Section 17, Lessee receives from Lessor a written request for storage of the Aircraft or Spare Engines upon its return hereunder, Lessee will provide Lessor, or cause Lessor to be provided, with storage facilities for the Aircraft or Spare Engines at Lessee's risk and at Lessee's expense for a period not exceeding 30 days, and thereafter at Lessor's risk and at Lessor's cost for insurance, maintenance and Lessee's out-of-pocket expenses for such storage for a period not exceeding 90 days (provided that if such termination occurs as a result of a Lease Event of Default hereunder, such storage shall be at the cost of the Lessee), commencing on the date the Aircraft or Spare Engine is returned substantially in the condition required under this Section 8, at a location in the continental United States selected by Lessee and used by Lessee as a location for the long-term parking or storage of aircraft.
Storage Upon Return. If, at least sixty (60) days prior to termination of this Lease at the end of the Basic Term or any Renewal Term or pursuant to Section 9(c), Lessee receives from Lessor a written request for storage of the Aircraft upon its return hereunder, Lessee will provide Lessor, or cause Lessor to be provided, with (i) free parking facilities for the Aircraft (maintenance costs and other out-of-pocket costs other than parking fees to be for the account of Lessor) for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days commencing on the date of such termination and (ii) parking facilities for the Aircraft (maintenance costs, other out-of-pocket costs and parking fees to be for the account of Lessor) for a period not exceeding an additional thirty (30) days commencing at the end of such initial thirty (30) day period, in each case at a location in the continental United States selected by Lessee and which Lessee would utilize as a location for the parking or storage of aircraft owned or leased by Lessee; provided that Lessee shall have no obligation to move the Aircraft from such location during the storage periods. Lessee, unless instructed by Lessor to the contrary, will maintain insurance for the Aircraft during such period not exceeding sixty (60) days and be reimbursed by Lessor for the premiums thereon.
Storage Upon Return. Upon request of Lessor received at least 30 days prior to the end of the Term, Lessee will store the Aircraft at its expense in Honolulu, Hawaii for a period not exceeding 60 days. Lessee shall at its expense maintain liability and hull insurance with respect to the Aircraft during such storage period that meet industry standards for a stored aircraft and Lessor shall be named an additional insured and loss payee under such insurance.
Storage Upon Return. Upon any Return Occasion, Lessee shall, at Lessor's request and at Lessee's risk and expense, in addition to other storage referred to above, arrange for the parking, storage and insurance of the Engine for a period not exceeding sixty (60) days at such reasonable location as Lessor requests where Lessee has or can arrange for storage. Lessee shall pay or cause to be paid all costs and expenses for such parking, storage and insurance.
Storage Upon Return. If, at least 15 days prior to expiration of the Lease at the end of the Basic Term or any Renewal Term or prior to a termination pursuant to Section 9(b) or Section 15 of the Lease, Lessee receives from Lessor a written request for storage of the Aircraft upon its return hereunder, Lessee will provide Lessor or cause Lessor to be provided, with storage facilities for the Aircraft (x) at Lessee’s risk and expense for a period not exceeding 30 days, and (y) thereafter at Lessor’s risk and at Lessor’s cost for insurance, maintenance and Lessee’s out-of-pocket expenses plus a reasonable parking fee for such storage for a period not exceeding 60 days commencing on the date of such expiration or termination; in the case of each (x) and (y), at Lessee’s facility at Phoenix, Arizona or at any other location in the continental United States selected be Lessee and used by Lessee as a location for the long-term parking or storage of aircraft; provided that the period set forth in clause (y) may, at Lessor’s option, be extended for an additional 60 day period if such storage facilities are available.
Storage Upon Return. If, at least ten (10) days prior to termination of this Sublease at the end of the Term, Sublessee receives from Sublessor a written request for storage of the Aircraft upon its return hereunder, Sublessee will provide Sublessor, or cause Sublessor to be provided, with free parking facilities for, and unrestricted access to, the Aircraft (maintenance costs and other out-of-pocket costs other than parking fees to be for the account of Sublessor) for a period not exceeding sixty (60) days commencing on the date of such termination, at a location in the continental United States selected by Sublessee used as a location for the parking or storage of aircraft. Sublessee will maintain insurance for the Aircraft during such period not exceeding sixty (60) days and be reimbursed by Sublessor or its designee for the premiums thereon.
Storage Upon Return. If, at least ten (10) days prior to termination of this Lease at the end of the Term, Lessee receives from Lessor a written request for storage of the Engine upon its return hereunder, Lessee will provide Lessor, or cause Lessor to be provided, with free sheltered storage facilities for, and unrestricted access to, the Engine (maintenance costs and other out-of-pocket costs other than packing, storage and security fees to be for the account of Lessor) for a period not exceeding sixty (60) days commencing on the date of such termination, at a location in the continental United States selected by Lessee used as a location and suitable for the storage of commercial jet engines and readily accessible to Lessor. Lessee will maintain insurance for the Engine during such period not exceeding sixty (60) days and be reimbursed by Lessor or its designee for the premiums thereon.
Storage Upon Return. Upon written request of Lessor received at least 15 days prior to the end of the Lease Term, or upon demand of Lessor pursuant to Section 13.1 of the Lease Agreement, Lessee shall extend the Lease Term for a period of up to 60 days and, during such period, continue to maintain and insure the Aircraft, maintain the registration of the Aircraft and otherwise comply with Lessee's obligations hereunder, provided that no Basic Rent Frontier Lease Agreement (MSN 28662) Schedule 1 Execution Copy -26- shall be payable with respect to such period and Lessee shall not operate the Aircraft during such period. Upon five days' written notice given during such period, Lessee shall return the Aircraft pursuant hereto. Lessor and Lessee shall agree an appropriate fee to be paid to Lessee for such extension, such fee to be a reasonable estimate of Lessee's incremental cost in continuing to lease the Aircraft during such period.
