STORAGE SPECIFICATIONS. Contractor must inform the State of the location of where the salt is to be stored at prior to being delivered. If the location of the salt storage changes at any time throughout the contract, or if deliveries come from a different location, the Contractor is required to contact the VTrans Maintenance Director. The State has the right to reject any salt that comes from a different storage area without prior approval.
STORAGE SPECIFICATIONS. Customer or its designated agent shall properly mark and pack for handling all Goods before delivery to NGL. NGL may, at its discretion, store Goods in bulk or assorted lots unless Customer furnishes at or prior to delivery, specific written instructions for goods to be kept and accounted for separately and the type of storage desired.
STORAGE SPECIFICATIONS. The City of Xxxxxxxx agrees to store the 10-20 donated Pole Banners in the City Street Department facilities.
