Storage of Products. Bulk Product will be stored under appropriate storage conditions and in a secure area to ensure that they comply with the Bulk Product Specifications, including all the label requirements, quality specifications and attributes as well as Legal Requirements.

Agent shall supervise and mange warehousing and storage of the Products and ensure that all inventories are stored at proper temperatures and environmental conditions to maintain the quality of the Products upon importation to the Territory and delivery to the Retailers and Authorized Distributors. In the event of damage to any of the Products for any reason rendering the contents unfit for use or consumption or otherwise unsaleable, Agent shall promptly notify Principal of the facts and shall not distribute or transfer such Products to any other person or otherwise dispose of such Products except as instructed in writing by Principal.
Storage of Products. Each of ABBI’s Firm Orders shall include a delivery timeline specifying the date or dates upon which ABBI will take delivery of the Product(s). In the event that ABBI fails to take delivery by the date(s) specified, ABBI shall pay a storage charge of [***] per pallet per day.

DKSH shall be entitled to organize the storage of the Products at its Premises and determine the manner and means by which such Products will be stored in such Premises in accordance with such storage techniques and systems as DKSH considers appropriate in conformity with the quality control guidelines, if any, provided by CMS for storage of the Products and Applicable Laws; in respect of the Products stored at the Premises for the time being, use reasonable efforts to safeguard the Products. DKSH shall not be required to store the Products at any other temperature or in any other storage conditions unless otherwise agreed in this Agreement or as required pursuant to the specification of the Products, or subsequently instructed by CMS, in writing, for compliance with quality control standards; Any increase in costs incurred by DKSH resulting from any change in storage conditions to comply with revised quality control standards specifically issued by the CMS shall be for the account of CMS. Notwithstanding, any increase in costs incurred by DKSH resulting from any change in storage conditions to comply with revised quality control standards issued by relevant governmental authorities or international codes shall be for the account of DKSH; where any Products delivered to DKSH’s Premises are contained or enclosed in any packing, not be required to break open, unpack or unwrap such packing when the same is delivered to the Premises and may proceed to store such packing at the Premises in the same condition it is received without being obliged to take any steps whatsoever to verify whether the contents of such packing correspond with any information or specification’s stated on the packing or ascertain the condition of the contents thereof; without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing Sub-Article, where any packing delivered to DKSH’s Premises purports to contain more than one unit of the Products, DKSH shall not, prior to storing such packing at such warehouse(s), be obliged to verify whether the number of Products stated to be contained in the packing tallies with the number actually therein; keep up-to-date inventory of the Products delivered to DKSH. Storage of Products. Each Party must ensure that all Products that are in its possession are stored in accordance with good commercial practice and all applicable Laws.

As required by the terms of this Agreement, Temple shall purchase Utility Products when and as such products are needed to maintain inventories at levels which Temple deems appropriate for the operations of Cap Rock and are consistent with industry standards or at levels that are otherwise agreed upon from time to time by the parties.

AGENT at its own expense shall maintain adequate and separate storage space for PRODUCTS (such that PRODUCTS shall be segregated from any other products stored by AGENT and shall be clearly marked as being owned by BAYER). AGENT shall store PRODUCTS in accordance with BAYER's instructions therefore as set out on PRODUCT label instructions, and under conditions that will ensure PRODUCT retains potency, purity, quality, and identity. For the purposes of inspection, BAYER shall have access to AGENT's premises where PRODUCTS are stored during AGENT's regular business hours and upon providing AGENT reasonable notice. BAYER shall be responsible for insuring all PRODUCTS stored by AGENT against casualty loss or the like as a result of fire, flood or other damage or destruction that is not the fault of AGENT or its employees. Any losses of or damages to PRODUCTS in AGENT's custody or control shall be reported to BAYER in writing with documentation satisfactory to BAYER explaining such loss or damage. BAYER shall be responsible for any PRODUCT losses or damages that are not the result of the negligence or fault of AGENT or its employees. BAYER requires that AGENT provide evidence of warehouse insurance coverage for BAYER property in the possession of AGENT, in the event of AGENT'S negligence in the loss of BAYER product. The limits of such insurance coverage should be adequate to reimburse BAYER for the loss of the sales value of BAYER PRODUCTS stored on the AGENT'S premises.
Storage of Products. Upon Onyx’s written request, XXXX shall store the Released Product(s) for Onyx. XXXX shall clearly xxxx all relevant containers or boxes containing the Product(s) as being owned by Onyx. Title to the Released Product(s) stored by XXXX shall remain with Onyx.
Storage of Products. XXXXXX shall provide proper storage facilities for the PRODUCTS giving due consideration to their character and to any special suggestions or directions which XXXXXX shall give in respect to a particular PRODUCT or group of PRODUCTs.
Storage of Products. Dealer undertakes to store the Products under conditions that will prevent deterioration or other damage. Where Dealer is responsible for clearing goods through customs and other import fonmalities into the Territory it shall exercise its best commercially reasonable endeavors to ensure that such clearance is carried out as quickly as possible and that pending such clearance the goods are stored as aforesaid. Dealer agrees to allow AXX or its authorized representative to inspect the Products when in storage under the control of Dealer from time to time upon reasonable notice.
