Common use of Storage of Materials Clause in Contracts

Storage of Materials. Borrower shall cause all materials supplied for, or intended to be utilized in the construction of the Improvements, but not yet affixed to or incorporated into the Improvements on the Land, to be stored on the Land with adequate safeguards as required by Lender to prevent loss, theft, damage or commingling with other materials or projects. Borrower shall not purchase or order materials for delivery more than forty-five (45) days prior to the scheduled incorporation of such materials into the Improvements.
