Common use of Storage of Materials Clause in Contracts

Storage of Materials. Borrower shall cause all materials supplied for or intended to be utilized in the construction of the Improvements but not affixed to or incorporated into the Property to be stored on the Property or at such other location as may be approved by Lender in writing, with adequate safeguards to prevent loss, theft, damage or commingling with other materials not intended to be utilized in the construction of the Improvements.

Storage of Materials. Borrower shall cause all materials supplied for or intended to be utilized in the construction of the Improvements New Improvements, but not yet affixed to or incorporated into the Property New Improvements or the Land, to be stored on the Property Land or at such other location site as Administrative Agent may be approved by Lender approve in writingits good faith business judgment, in each case with adequate safeguards to prevent loss, theft, damage or commingling with materials for other materials not intended to be utilized in the construction of the Improvementsprojects.

Storage of Materials. Borrower shall cause all materials supplied for for, or intended to be utilized in in, the construction of the Improvements Improvements, but not affixed to or incorporated into the Property Improvements or the Property, to be stored on the Property or at such other location as may be approved by Lender in writingProperty, with adequate safeguards safeguards, as required by Lender, to prevent loss, theft, damage damage, or commingling with other materials not intended to be utilized in the construction of the Improvementsor projects.

The Borrower shall cause all materials supplied for for, or intended to be utilized used in the the, construction of the Improvements Improvements, but not affixed to or incorporated into the Property Improvements or the Subject Property, to be stored on the Subject Property or at such other location as may be approved by Lender upon notice to the Administrative Agent in writingwriting prior to storage in such other location, with adequate safeguards safeguards, as commercially reasonable, to prevent loss, theft, damage damage, or commingling with other materials not intended to be utilized in the construction of the Improvementsor projects.

Borrower shall cause all materials supplied for or intended to be utilized in the construction of the Improvements but not affixed to or incorporated into the Property Premises to be stored on the Property Premises or at such other location as may be approved by Lender in writing, with adequate safeguards to prevent loss, theft, damage or commingling with other materials not intended to be utilized in the construction of the Improvements.

Borrower shall cause all materials supplied for for, or intended to be utilized in in, the construction of the Improvements Improvements, but not affixed to or incorporated into the Property Improvements or the Commercial Land, to be stored on the Property Commercial Land or at such other location as may be approved by Lender in writing, with adequate safeguards safeguards, as required by Lender, to prevent and insure against loss, theft, damage damage, or commingling with other materials not intended to be utilized in the construction of the Improvementsor projects.

Storage of Materials. Borrower shall cause all materials supplied for for, or intended to be utilized in in, the construction of the Improvements Improvements, but not affixed to or incorporated into the Property Improvements or the Land, to be stored on the Property Land or on Borrower’s adjacent property or at such other location as may be reasonably approved by Lender in writing, with adequate safeguards safeguards, as reasonably required by Lender, to prevent loss, theft, damage damage, or commingling with other materials not intended to be utilized in the construction of the Improvementsor projects.

Storage of Materials. Borrower shall cause all materials supplied for for, or intended to be utilized in used in, the construction of the Improvements Improvements, but not affixed to or incorporated into the Property Improvements or the Subject Property, to be stored on the Subject Property or at such other location as may be approved by upon notice to Lender in writingwriting prior to storage in such other location, with adequate safeguards safeguards, as commercially reasonable, to prevent loss, theft, damage damage, or commingling with other materials not intended to be utilized in the construction of the Improvementsor projects.

Storage of Materials. Borrower shall will cause all materials supplied for for, or intended to be utilized in in, the construction of the Improvements Improvements, but not affixed to or incorporated into the Property Improvements, to be stored on at the Property site of the Improvements or at such other location as may be reasonably approved by Lender in writing, with adequate safeguards safeguards, as required by Lender, to prevent loss, theft, damage damage, or commingling with other materials not intended to be utilized in the construction of the Improvementsor projects.

Borrower shall cause all materials supplied for for, or intended to be utilized in in, the construction renovation of the Improvements Improvements, but not affixed to or incorporated into the Property Improvements or the Property, to be stored on the Property or at such other location as may be approved by Lender in writingProperty, with adequate safeguards safeguards, as reasonably required by Lender, to prevent loss, theft, damage damage, or commingling with other materials not intended to be utilized in the construction of the Improvementsor projects.
