Storage of Materials and Equipment. Borrower will cause all equipment, supplies and materials acquired or furnished in connection with the construction of each Home but not affixed to or incorporated into the Project to be stored on the Lot or at other locations reasonably approved by Lender in writing, in each case under adequate safeguard to minimize the possibility of loss, theft, damage or commingling with other property. Upon request of Lender, Borrower will furnish an inventory of all such equipment, supplies and materials stored off-site, specifying the location thereof. Borrower agrees that it will take all reasonable steps required by Lender in order to perfect a security interest in such equipment, supplies and materials.
Storage of Materials and Equipment. 1. Materials and equipment shall not be stored where they will interfere with Railroad operations, nor on the rights-of-way of the Railroad without first having obtained permission from the Railroad Engineer, and such permission will be with the understanding that the Railroad will not be liable for damage to such material and equipment from any cause and that the Railroad Engineer may move or require the Contractor to move, at the Contractor’s expense, such material and equipment.
2. All grading or construction machinery that is left parked near the track unattended by a watchman shall be effectively immobilized so that it cannot be moved by unauthorized persons. The Contractor shall protect, defend, indemnify and save Railroad, and any associated, controlled or affiliated corporation, harmless from and against all losses, costs, expenses, claim or liability for loss or damage to property or the loss of life or personal injury, arising out of or incident to the Contractor’s failure to immobilize grading or construction machinery.
Storage of Materials and Equipment. 7.8.1 The contractor shall not store or stockpile construction materials or equipment closer than 25 feet to the centerline of the nearest railroad track or on the Railroad’s property not covered by construction easement, contractor’s permit, lease or agreement. Additionally, the contractor shall not store or leave materials or equipment within 250 feet of the edge of any highway/rail at-grade crossings. Further, both sides of a main track shall remain unobstructed for a distance of 10 feet from the exterior edge of the track at all times to allow for stopped train inspection.
7.8.2 Machines or vehicles shall not be left unattended with the engine running. Parked machines or equipment shall be in gear with brakes set and with blade, pan or bucket lowered to the ground if so equipped. All grading or construction machinery that is left parked near the track unattended shall be effectively immobilized so that unauthorized persons cannot move such equipment.
Storage of Materials and Equipment. Materials and equipment shall be safely stored by the Owner to ensure the preservation of their quality and fitness for the Work. Stored equipment and materials shall be placed so as to facilitate inspection. The Owner shall be responsible for all loss or damage that may occur to all materials and equipment until final acceptance of the Work by the Association.

Storage of Materials and Equipment. The Contractor shall store materials and equipment so as to assure the preservation of their quality and fitness for the work. The Contractor may use approved portions of the project limits for storage purposes and for placing its plant and equipment, but any additional space required therefor must be provided by the Contractor at its own expense. The arrangement of storage facilities shall be orderly and convenient and shall not obstruct movement on the site, the work of others or the construction operations. The Contractor shall not use private property for storage purposes without the written permission of the property’s owner or lessee, and the Contractor shall make that documentation available to the Contract Administrator and Inspector upon his or her request. The Contractor shall restore all storage sites to their original condition at its own expense. This shall not apply to the stripping and storing of topsoil or to other materials salvaged from the work. The Contractor shall provide adequate weather protection for any such material so stored. The Contractor shall safely store all flammable, toxic or explosive materials in conformance with the applicable safety requirements of State and federal regulations, the safety standards of the National Fire Protection Association, and any directive of the State Fire ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. SILENCE OF SPECIFICATIONS The apparent silence of these Specifications and Technical Specifications as to any detail, or the apparent omission from them of a detailed description concerning any point, shall be regarded as meaning that the Contractor shall only use material and workmanship of acceptable quality.
Storage of Materials and Equipment. Contractor or Owner shall provide to Subcontractor a designated area to locate and store its equipment, supplies and materials for and during the course of the Work, unless otherwise stated. Subcontractor agrees that it is completely responsible for any loss or damage to its materials, tools or equipment located or stored on the site, in transit or in any facility provided for use by Contractor to

Materials and Equipment to be incorporated in the Work shall be stored in such a manner as to preserve their quality and fitness for incorporation in the final project. They shall be stored in a manner acceptable to the Architect-Engineer and Owner and in an accessible facility that allows inspection. If at any time the Owner determines that any Materials or Equipment are not being properly stored, they may issue a directive to correct the storage or reject the Materialfor incorporation in the Project. No additional payment will be made for storage requirements. No payment will be made on materials stored improperly or replaced due to improper storage. No Equipment may be stored outside without the express written permission of the Owner on that specific piece of equipment stating that unit's unique I.D. numbers. For any Equipment or units that have rotating parts or bearing assemblies and must be stored for more than sixty (60) days, Contractor shall set up a schedule to manually rotate the units every fifteen (15) days and maintain a certification log to preserve the service life and warrantees.
Storage of Materials and Equipment. Storage of equipment and materials will be coordinated through the Design-Build Entity and the Owner. Design-Build Entity will maintain, or cause its Subcontractor’s to maintain, all storage areas and will keep storage areas clean, safe, and secure. Storage areas shall also provide for proper protection of all stored materials and equipment from all forms of corrosion. Design-Build Entity must request and receive Owner's approval, granted at Owner's sole discretion, for offsite storage. Any materials or equipment stored offsite will be insured or stored in a bonded warehouse. The risk of loss will remain on the Design-Build Entity for all materials and equipment stored off-site.
Storage of Materials and Equipment. All excavated materials and equipment to be incorporated in the Work shall be placed so as not to injure any part of the Work or existing facilities and so that free access can be had at all times to all parts of the Work and to all public utility installations in the vicinity of the Work. Materials and equipment shall be kept neatly piled and compactly stored in such locations as will cause a minimum of inconvenience to public travel and adjoining owners, tenants and occupants.
