Stop Work Order Termination. 8.1 Stop Work Order Xxxxxxx County may, by issuing a Stop Work Order, require that the Contractor fully or partially stop work for a period of up to 90 calendar days, and for any further period to which the parties agree. Upon receipt of the Stop Work Order, the Contractor must immediately take all reasonable steps to minimize incurring costs. Within the period of the Stop Work Order, Xxxxxxx County must either: (a) terminate the Stop Work Order; or
