Common use of Stop Order Clause in Contracts

Stop Order. As soon as the Company is advised thereof, the Company will advise the Sales Agent orally of the issuance of any stop order under the Securities Act with respect to the Registration Statement, or the institution of any proceedings for that purpose or pursuant to Section 8A of the Securities Act against the Company or related to the offering of the Common Shares, of which the Company shall have received notice, and will use its best efforts to prevent the issuance of any such stop order and to secure the prompt removal thereof, if issued.
