The School Committee of the Town of Stoneham (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the "Committee") recognizes the Stoneham Teachers Association (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the "Association") for the purpose of collective bargaining under Chapter 150E as the exclusive bargaining representative of employees in the following unit: All regular professional employees as defined in Chapter 150E, but excluding the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Administrative Assistants to the Superintendent, Principals, Vice Principals, Assistant Principals, all Directors, Program Supervisors, and other employees whose duties are primarily in administration or supervision, not instruction.
