On behalf of my organisation I agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement gives my organisation the non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the FrontLine Stock Control software for an unlimited period. Ownership of the software copyright and all other intellectual property rights shall remain with Shire Systems Limited. I shall not make or transmit copies of the software or allow others to make or transmit copies of the software except to allow the use of one copy of the software at any one time in any one CPU or network within my organisation.   • Unbundled Voice Loops (UVL) may be provisioned using any type of facility that will support voice grade services. BellSouth, in the normal course of maintaining, repairing, and configuring its network, may also change the facilities that are used to provide any given voice grade circuit. This change may occur at any time. In these situations, BellSouth will only ensure that the newly provided facility will support voice grade services. BellSouth will not guarantee that Azul Tel will be able to continue to provide any advanced services over the new facility. BellSouth will offer UVL in two different service levels - Service Level One (SL1) and Service Level Two (SL2).

  • Capital Stock Upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, at the Effective Time, by virtue of the Merger and without any action on the part of Parent, Merger Sub, the Company, or the holders of any of the following securities, the following shall occur:

  • Units Interests in the Partnership shall be represented by Units. The Units initially are comprised of one Class: Class A Units.
