Stock Exchange Listings. Each of the parties hereto shall use its reasonable efforts to obtain, prior to the Effective Time, the approval for listing on the NYSE, effective upon official notice of issuance, of the shares of BBI Common Stock into which the Shares will be converted pursuant to Article II hereof and which will be issuable upon exercise of options pursuant to Section 2.08 hereof, under the ticker symbol "BIH" or other mutually acceptable ticker symbol.
