STIPEND AND BENEFITS. I acknowledge receipt of the most recent "Resident Statement of Stipend and Benefits" which is attached to this contract as Addendum A and describes the stipend and benefits available to me including descriptions of the current year stipend, on-call housing, meals, liability insurance, health insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, lab coat and laundry services, counseling and psychological support services, and other benefits. I understand that the stipend and benefits may be changed annually, and that upon any change I will be provided a revised “Resident Statement of Stipend and Benefits” which will become effective on the date specified.

STIPEND AND BENEFITS. HFMH shall provide, as sole compensation to GTP under this Agreement, a stipend for the term of this Agreement of «Stipend» /year, payable bi-weekly and such other benefits as may be accorded from time to time by HFMH, including professional liability insurance; health, disability and other insurance; confidential counseling and other support services; vacation; a meal supplement for 24-hour in-house call; and other benefits as set forth in the House Staff Manual and Medical Education Policies. GTP shall neither solicit nor accept compensation from patients or other payors for services provided pursuant to this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, GTP may receive additional compensation for performing certain extra activities within the Program according to GME policy.

An applicant with more than 7 years, but less than 13 years of continuous service to the system may be granted up to ½ of his/her normal teaching salary for which he/she is eligible during the year he/she takes his/her leave, exclusive of extra duties. STIPEND AND BENEFITS. Stipend In France, whenever an internship in the host organization is to have a duration greater than two consecutive months or, during the same academic year, runs consecutively or not, teleworking period included, a stipend must be paid. The amount set by sector-specific convention or labor agreement shall be equal to 15% of the hourly ceiling for social security : 3,90 € / hour of effective presence. This amount is likely to change in the event of a revision of the hourly social security ceiling.

  • Pay and Benefits A. The Agency shall continue to pay salary and benefits which includes pension contribution, insurance and paid leave time consistent with what they earned before their appointment. Employees appointed as a Contract Specialist shall not be eligible for reimbursement for uniforms, boots or other ancillary items while serving as a Contract Specialist the specifics which will be noted in the employee’s Contract Specialist agreement.

  • Burden and Benefit This Agreement shall enure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and permitted assigns.
