Common use of Steps in the Grievance Procedure Clause in Contracts

Steps in the Grievance Procedure. (a) Step 1 An Employee who has a grievance shall, within twenty (20) days of the date of the incident, or reasonably should have become aware of, the incident which lead to the grievance, discuss the matter with the General Manager. The General Manager shall advise the Employee of their decision in writing within twenty (20) days of the Employee first making them aware of the matter. In the event that it is not resolved to the satisfaction of the Employee, it may be advanced in accordance with the following steps.

Steps in the Grievance Procedure. (a) Step 1 An Employee who has a grievance complaint shall, within twenty ten (2010) days of the date of the incident, she became aware or reasonably should have become aware of, of the incident occurrence which lead led to the grievancecomplaint, first discuss the matter with her immediate Supervisor or designate and attempt to resolve the General Manager. The General Manager shall advise the Employee of their decision in writing within twenty (20) days of the Employee first making them aware of the mattercomplaint at this stage. In the event that it is not resolved to the satisfaction of the Employeeresolved, it may be advanced as an official grievance in accordance with the following steps.

In the event that it is not resolved satisfactorily to the satisfaction of the Employee, it may be advanced in accordance with the following steps.

Step 1 An Employee who has a grievance shall, within twenty fifteen (2015) days of the date of the incident, or reasonably should have become aware of, the incident occurrence which lead to the grievance, discuss the matter with the General Managerappropriate management personnel and attempt to resolve the grievance at this stage. The General Manager appropriate management personnel shall advise the Employee of their decision in writing within twenty (20) days fifteen of the Employee first making them aware of the matter. In the event that it is not resolved to the satisfaction of the Employee, it may be advanced in accordance with the following steps.
