  • Performance Management 17.1 The Contractor will appoint a suitable Account Manager to liaise with the Authority’s Strategic Contract Manager.   • STATEWIDE ACHIEVEMENT TESTING When CONTRACTOR is an NPS, per implementation of Senate Bill 484, CONTRACTOR shall administer all Statewide assessments within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), California Alternative Assessment (“CAA”), achievement and abilities tests (using LEA-authorized assessment instruments), the Fitness Gram with the exception of the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“ELPAC”) to be completed by the LEA, and as appropriate to the student, and mandated by XXX xxxxxxxx to LEA and state and federal guidelines. CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.

  • PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 5.1 The Employee agrees to participate in the performance management system that the Employer adopts or introduces for the Employer, management and municipal staff of the Employer.

  • Staffing Levels to deal with Potential Violence The Employer agrees that, where there is a risk of violence, an adequate level of trained employees should be present. The Employer recognizes that workloads can lead to fatigue and a diminished ability both to identify and to subsequently deal with potentially violent situations.

  • Earned Value Management System ‌ An earned value management system (EVMS) means a project management tool that effectively integrates the project scope of work with cost, schedule and performance elements for optimum project planning and control. The qualities and operating characteristics of EVMS are described in American National Standards Institute /Electronics Industries Alliance (ANSI/EIA) Standard-748. An EVMS is not mandatory; however, Contractors are encouraged to have an EVMS ANSI/EIA Standard-748 during the entire term of OASIS. The Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO, in writing, if there are any changes in the status of their EVMS and provide the reasons for the change and copies of audits by the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) or other cognizant Government administration office, as applicable. If only part of a Contractor’s organization is EVMS ANSI/EIA Standard-748 certified, the Contractor shall make the distinction between which business units or sites and geographic locations have been certified.

  • New Member Orientation The Employer will notify the Union of any newly represented temporary employees. The Union will be given the opportunity to have a Union representative speak with the newly represented temporary employees for not more than thirty (30) minutes to provide information about the Union and this Agreement.

  • STRS PICK-UP A. The Board shall pick-up contributions to the State Teachers’ Retirement System paid on behalf of the employees in the bargaining unit utilizing the salary reduction method under the following terms and conditions:
