STEP TWO - FORMAL - IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR. 15.4.1. If a satisfactory resolution of the problem is not reached through the informal discussion process, the grievant shall have the right to file a grievance with his/her supervisor or other appropriate district administrator. The grievance shall be filed within fifteen (15) workdays, from the date the grievant learned of, or reasonably should have known of, the act or omission giving rise to the grievance.
