Common use of Step Three Clause in Contracts

Step Three. A. In the event the response to the grievance in Step Two is unsatisfactory, the grievant or the Union may appeal to the Head of Labor Relations of the University, or their designee, within ten (10) calendar days of the Step Two response. Within ten (10) calendar days of the receipt of the written appeal, the Head of Labor Relations or their designee shall conduct a meeting with the grievant and the Union representative in an effort to resolve the grievance.
