Common use of Step III Clause in Contracts

Step III. 12.5.1 If the employee desires to appeal the grievance to Step III, the employee shall complete the appropriate appeal section of the grievance form, sign the appeal, and present the grievance to the Municipal Employee Relations Officer or designee within five (5) working days following receipt of the written decision at Step II.

Step III. 12.5.1 21.5.1 If the employee desires to appeal the grievance to Step III, the employee shall complete indicate in writing the appropriate reason for the appeal section of the grievance form, sign the appeal, and present it along with the original written grievance to the Municipal Employee Relations Officer or designee within five ten (510) working days following receipt of the written decision at Step II.

Step III. 12.5.1 12.6.1 If the employee desires to appeal the grievance to 12.6 - Step III, the employee shall complete the appropriate appeal section of the grievance form, sign the appeal, and present the grievance to the Municipal Employee Relations Officer or designee designee, within five (5) working days following receipt of the written decision at Step II.at

Step III. 12.5.1 20.4.1 If the employee desires to appeal the grievance to Step III, the employee shall complete the appropriate appeal section of the grievance form, sign the appeal, and present the grievance to the Municipal Employee Relations Officer or designee within five seven (57) working calendar days following receipt of the written decision at Step II.

Step III. 12.5.1 13.6.1 If the employee desires to appeal the grievance to 13.6 - Step III, the employee shall complete submit the appropriate appeal section of the grievance form, sign the appeal, and present the written grievance to the Municipal Employee Relations Officer or designee designee, within five (5) working days following receipt of the written decision at Step II.at
