X., Xxxxx 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, X0X 0X0, and to advise in writing both the Humanity Fund at the aforementioned address and the Local Union that such payment and the names of all employees in the bargaining unit on whose behalf such payment has been made.

STEELWORKERS HUMANITY FUND. 22.01 The Steelworkers Humanity Fund is a charitable organization, which provides emergency food aid and assistance in response to international humanitarian disasters, supports food banks in Canada, and funds international development projects and development education.
STEELWORKERS HUMANITY FUND. The Company agrees to deduct from the pay of each Union member the sum of $0.01 per hour worked to be submitted to the Steelworkers’ Humanity Fund. Monies deducted shall be conveyed to the Local 9705 Union Office no later than the 20th day of the month following the month for which deductions were made.

STEELWORKERS HUMANITY FUND. 24.01 For the purpose of international aid and development, the Company agrees to deduct the amount of (not less than two cents ($0.02)) per hour from the wages of all employees in the bargaining unit for all hours worked to a maximum of forty (40) straight time hours per week, and on a monthly basis, to pay the amount so deducted to the "Humanity Fund" and to forward such payment to: United Steelworkers Humanity Fund 000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx X., 0xx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X0X 0X0 and to advise in writing both the Humanity Fund at the aforementioned address and the Local Union that such payment has been made, the amount of such payment and the names of all employees in the bargaining unit on whose behalf such payment has been made. The first Humanity Fund deduction as aforesaid shall be the fifth (5th) week following the ratification of this Agreement. It is agreed that the total for each employee’s yearly deduction will be entered in Box 46 (Charitable Contribution) of the Revenue Canada T4 slip for the year it has been deducted. For this purpose, the payroll department will note the following Charitable Donation number for the “Humanity Fund”: R119172278 RR 0001.

  • Hospitals of Ontario Voluntary Life Insurance Plan The Hospital also agrees to make the Hospitals of Ontario Voluntary Life Insurance Plan (HOOVLIP) available to the nurses subject to the provisions of HOOVLIP at no cost to the Hospital.

  • HEALTH AND LIFE INSURANCE The Sheriff will continue to offer to employees of this bargaining unit the same health and life insurance programs being offered to other Sheriff’s Office employees. Due to the changing nature of the health insurance market, the Sheriff retains the right during the term of this Agreement to develop plan changes or to change carriers in order to reduce costs or for other reasons. Changes to the level and types of benefits shall be subject to bargaining as provided by law. Rates paid by the employee will be established by the Sheriff.

  • Workers’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability Coverage The insurer shall agree to waive all rights of subrogation against the City, its directors, officials, officers, employees, agents and volunteers for losses paid under the terms of the insurance policy which arise from work performed by the Consultant.

  • Workers’ Compensation The Contractor acknowledges the State of California requires every employer to be insured against liability for workers’ compensation or to undertake self-insurance in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Code. If Contractor has employees, a copy of the certificate evidencing such insurance, a letter of self-insurance, or a copy of the Certificate of Consent to Self-Insure shall be provided to County prior to commencement of work.
