Steam Price. During the Term of the Agreement (including any Renewal Terms), the contract price for Steam and, as applicable, Excess Steam is three dollars and thirty five cents ($3.35) per thousand (1,000) pounds of Steam (the “Steam Price”).

Steam Price. This is a fixed price Agreement at $19.89 per 1000 pounds of steam delivered to the Customer for the Term of this Agreement.
Steam Price. The price per MMBtu for steam purchased by the Buyer under this Agreement shall be calculated annually pursuant to this Article 7. The price shall consist of a Capacity Charge (pursuant to Section 7.2), an O&M Charge (pursuant to Section 7.3) and a Fuel Charge (pursuant to Section 7.4). The difference between the steam price as established at the beginning of each Service Year and the per MMBtu Actual Cost of Steam shall be included in the Annual Reconciliation pursuant to Section 2.6.. Any payments, credits, or other benefits having economic value to the Seller that are created by the sale of steam to the Buyer shall be applied to reduce the price of steam charged to the Buyer. These benefits include, but are not limited to, renewable energy credits, greenhouse gas credits, and combined heat and power credits.
Steam Price. Calculations for steam delivered to Buyer will be made on a daily basis and totaled at the end of each month. The price for the steam delivered will be calculated as follows: Buyer's avoided Steam Price = fuel cost x (MMBTUs delivered - MMBTUs returned) x .5 Boiler efficiency where: Buyer's avoided fuel cost = The lesser of the price per million BTUs which Seller pays for natural gas under its Agreement with PSE&G or the price per million 26 BTUs which Buyer would have paid for #2 oil based on the average of 2 bids received by Buyer for delivery of such oil. Buyer shall not be required to solicit such bids unless (i) it intends to rely on the price of oil or (ii) Seller requests it do so. Boiler efficiency = .86, constant over the term of this Agreement MMBTUs delivered = integrated steam flow x enthalpy of steam (as Seller's meter) MMBTUs returned = integrated uncontaminated Condensate flow x enthalpy (at Seller's meter) The pressure, temperature and flow of the steam as well as temperature and flow of the Condensate shall be metered by Seller. The pressure and temperature of the steam shall comply with the specifications therefor set forth in Appendix A.   • Supply Price The price payable by SAVIENT to NOF for the Activated PEG manufactured and supplied by NOF pursuant to SAVIENT’s Firm Orders (“Supply Price”) shall be as set out in Exhibit C, and the price for each order shall be calculated based on SAVIENT’s total Forecast for the Year in which the order is placed regardless of whether NOF shall complete delivery in the Year in which it is ordered. By way of example, if SAVIENT’s Forecast for a particular Year is for [**] kg of the Activated PEG, then orders placed during that Year will be charged at US$[**]/Kg. If at the end of any Year actual orders purchased by SAVIENT do not fall within the applicable quantity range of the original Forecast, then the Price for the Activated PEG purchased during that Year shall be adjusted to reflect that actual volume of Activated PEG purchased by SAVIENT, provided, however, if the actual amount purchased by SAVIENT is less than Forecasted due to [**], then the Price for the Activated PEG purchased by Savient shall be based on [**]. Upon adjustment, if necessary, either SAVIENT shall pay to NOF or NOF shall credit to SAVIENT, as applicable, the balance based on the said adjustment. Any amounts owing by SAVIENT to NOF pursuant to this provision shall be remitted within [**] days of the SAVIENT’s receipt of a reconciliation statement which sets forth in specific detail the amounts purchased by SAVIENT during the Year in question; any credits owing by NOF to SAVIENT shall be applied to [**]. Provided, however, that SAVIENT shall pay to NOF only such amount as corresponds with the amount of Activated PEG which is actually delivered to SAVIENT or SAVIENT’S designee pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Contract Price 5.01 Owner shall pay Contractor for completion of the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents the amounts that follow, subject to adjustment under the Contract:

  • Contract Sales Price The total consideration provided for in the sales contract for the sale of a Property.

  • Product Price Termination under any of the above paragraphs shall not result in any change to unit prices for Products not terminated.

  • Premium Prices Whenever Material is not readily obtainable at published or listed prices because of national emergencies, strikes or other unusual causes over which the Operator has no control, the Operator may charge the Joint Account for the required Material at the Operator's actual cost incurred in providing such Material, in making it suitable for use, and in moving it to the Joint Property; provided notice in writing is furnished to Non-Operators of the proposed charge prior to billing Non-Operators for such Material. Each Non-Operator shall have the right, by so electing and notifying Operator within ten days after receiving notice from Operator, to furnish in kind all or part of his share of such Material suitable for use and acceptable to Operator.

  • Floor Price BNYMCM shall not sell Common Shares below the Floor Price during any Selling Period, as such Floor Price may be adjusted by the Company at any time during any Selling Period upon notice to BNYMCM and confirmation to the Company.

  • Closing Price Closing Price shall mean the last reported market price for one share of Common Stock, regular way, on the New York Stock Exchange (or any successor exchange or stock market on which such last reported market price is reported) on the day in question. If the exchange is closed on the day on which the Closing Price is to be determined or if there were no sales reported on such date, the Closing Price shall be computed as of the last date preceding such date on which the exchange was open and a sale was reported.
