Stay in place. The District may institute a stay in place provision for up to three (3) years as a condition of employment for employees applying for, and accepting assignments, which require specialized training. Such stay in place requirement is to be included as part of the job posting process. For placements not based on a job posting (e.g., PIR, external hire, etc.), employees will be provided with written confirmation of the stay in place requirement prior to accepting the job.
