STATUTORY RESPONSIBILITIES. The Employer and the Bargaining Unit agree to abide by the Education Act, the Employment Standard Act, the Ontario Human Rights Code, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, and any other prevailing statutes governing education and employment in Ontario, and all regulations thereunder.
STATUTORY RESPONSIBILITIES. The Parties agree that they will exercise their rights in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Collective Agreement and with the prevailing statutes and regulations of the Province of Ontario.
STATUTORY RESPONSIBILITIES. 20.1 The Councils carrying out of their statutory duties, powers, duties, rights and obligations shall not be fettered or otherwise affected by the terms of this Agreement; and the performance of their statutory duties in whatsoever capacity shall not be capable of being construed as a breach by the Councils of any of their obligations under this Agreement.
STATUTORY RESPONSIBILITIES. 5.04.01 The Federation agrees to abide by the Employment Standards Act, the Ontario Human Rights Code and any other prevailing statutes governing employment in Ontario and all regulations thereunder.
STATUTORY RESPONSIBILITIES. 67.1 In carrying out their statutory duties the powers, duties, rights and obligations of the Councils shall not be fettered or otherwise affected save as provided by the terms of this Contract; and
STATUTORY RESPONSIBILITIES. The statutory responsibilities of CV in relation to assessing and administering a range of community based sentencing dispositions are outlined in the Sentencing Act 1991, Sentencing Regulations 2002 and Corrections Act 1986. Child Protection has statutory responsibility pursuant to the provisions of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 (CYFA), in relation to CP for all children and young people in Victoria under the age of 17 years (or under 18 years where a Protection Order is in force). The Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006 (the Charter) is relevant to the operation of the Community Correction Order. In particular, Section 17 of the Charter is relevant where the rights of families and children are relevant to the offender being assessed as suitable to be subject to a Community Correction Order, in particular where attached program conditions include Residence Restriction, Curfew and/or Alcohol Exclusion.
