Statutory Particulars. 19.1 The written particulars of employment which the Executive is entitled to receive under the provisions of Part I of the Employment Rights Xxx 0000 are set out below, insofar as they are not set out elsewhere in this Agreement.
Statutory Particulars. The further particulars of terms of employment not contained in the body of this Agreement which must be given to the Executive in compliance with Part 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 are given in Schedule 1.
