Statutory Holiday During Vacation. If a Statutory Holiday to which an employee would otherwise be entitled falls within or in conjunction with the annual vacation period, the employee shall receive one (1) additional day of vacation with pay in lieu of the said Statutory Holiday, which shall be taken with the applicable annual vacation.
Statutory Holiday During Vacation. If a paid holiday falls within the employee's vacation period, the Company will allow the employee concerned a compensatory day’s holiday with pay. This compensatory day’s holiday will be taken on a day selected by mutual agreement between the Employee and the Company.
