Statutory Holiday During Vacation. If a Statutory Holiday to which an employee would otherwise be entitled falls within or in conjunction with the annual vacation period, the employee shall receive one (1) additional day of vacation with pay in lieu of the said Statutory Holiday, which shall be taken with the applicable annual vacation.
