CONTRACTOR's certification each offeror and each person signing on behalf of any offeror certifies as to its own entity, under penalty of perjury, that the named CONTRACTOR has registered and is participating in the Status Verification System to verify the work eligibility status of the CONTRACTOR's new employees that are employed in the State of Utah in accordance with applicable immigration laws including UCA § 63G-12-302.

STATUS VERIFICATION SYSTEM. The Contractor certifies that it and all proposed subcontractors, whether known or unknown at the time this Contract is executed or awarded, are in compliance with 25 O.S. § 1313 and participate in the Status Verification System. The Status Verification System is defined in 25 O.S. § 1312 and includes, but is not limited to the free Employee Verification Program (E-Verify) available at xxx.xxx.xxx/X-Xxxxxx.

STATUS VERIFICATION SYSTEM. 13.1.1. Contractor certifies as to its own entity, under penalty of perjury, that the named Contractor has registered and is participating in the Status Verification System to verify the work eligibility status of the Contractor’s new employees that are employed in the State of Utah in accordance with applicable immigration laws including Utah Code Xxx. STATUS VERIFICATION SYSTEM. Pursuant to Utah Code Xxx. § 63G-12-302, the CONSULTANT certifies that it is registered with and participates in a Status Verification System, as defined in the Utah Code, to verify the work eligibility status of its new employees that are employed in the state of Utah. The CONSULTANT further agrees that it will require any subcontractor performing work on this project to similarly certify that it is registered with and participates in a state-approved Status Verification System to verify the work eligibility status of its new employees that are employed in the state of Utah. The CONSULTANT will, within five days written notice, provide proof of enrollment and participation in a Status Verification System to the CITY.
STATUS VERIFICATION SYSTEM. State law mandates that Sub-Recipient physically performing services provided under these Terms must register and participate in the Status Verification System to verify the work eligibility status of Sub-Recipient’s new employees.

  • Medical Verification The Town may require medical verification of an employee’s absence if the Town perceives the employee is abusing sick leave or has used an excessive amount of sick leave. The Town may require medical verification of an employee’s absence to verify that the employee is able to return to work with or without restrictions.

  • E-Verification If applicable, Contractor represents and warrants that it will ensure its compliance with the Mississippi Employment Protection Act of 2008, and will register and participate in the status verification system for all newly hired employees. Mississippi Code Annotated §§ 71-11-1 et seq. The term “employee” as used herein means any person that is hired to perform work within the State of Mississippi. As used herein, “status verification system” means the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigration Responsibility Act of 1996 that is operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security, also known as the E-Verify Program, or any other successor electronic verification system replacing the E-Verify Program. Contractor agrees to maintain records of such compliance. Upon request of the State and after approval of the Social Security Administration or Department of Homeland Security when required, Contractor agrees to provide a copy of each such verification. Contractor further represents and warrants that any person assigned to perform services hereafter meets the employment eligibility requirements of all immigration laws. The breach of this agreement may subject Contractor to the following:

  • Third Party Verification 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project.

  • Electronic Visit Verification ("EVV Provider shall cooperate with State requirements for electronic visit verification for personal care services and home health services, as applicable.

  • Account Verification Whether or not a Default or Event of Default exists, Agent shall have the right at any time, in the name of Agent, any designee of Agent or any Borrower, to verify the validity, amount or any other matter relating to any Accounts of Borrowers by mail, telephone or otherwise. Borrowers shall cooperate fully with Agent in an effort to facilitate and promptly conclude any such verification process.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.

  • Eligibility Verification (a) HHSC will verify Medicaid eligibility for Dual Eligible Members by the fifth business day of the month following the receipt of the MA Dual SNP’s monthly enrollment file, in accordance with Section 3.02(b).
