Status of Reacquired Shares. No shares of the Series B Preferred Stock which have been issued and reacquired in any manner or converted into Common Stock may be reissued, and all such shares shall be returned to the status of undesignated shares of preferred stock of the Corporation.
Status of Reacquired Shares. Shares of Series A Preferred Stock which have been issued and reacquired in any manner or which shall have been converted into Common Stock shall (upon compliance with any applicable provisions of the laws of the State of Delaware) have the status of authorized and unissued Preferred Stock of the Corporation undesignated as to series and may be redesignated as to series and reissued.
Status of Reacquired Shares. If shares of Class B Preferred Stock are redeemed pursuant to Section 6.6 hereof, the shares so redeemed shall, upon compliance with any statutory requirements, assume the status of authorized but unissued shares of Preferred Stock of the Corporation, but may not be reissued as Class B Preferred Stock.

Shares of the Series C Preferred Stock which have been issued and reacquired in any manner shall (upon compliance with any applicable provisions of the laws of the State of Nevada) have the status of authorized and unissued shares of the Series C Preferred Stock and may be re-designated and reissued. Upon conversion or redemption of all issued and outstanding shares of Series A Stock, shares reserved for the Series A Stock shall (upon compliance with any applicable provisions of the laws of the State of Ohio) have the status of authorized and unissued Non-Voting Preferred Stock issuable in series undesignated as to series and may be redesignated and reissued.
Status of Reacquired Shares. All shares of the Series C Preferred Shares that have been issued and reacquired or redeemed in any manner by the Company shall not be reissued or resold, but shall be cancelled, and the Company may from time to time cause all such shares to be retired in the manner provided by law."
Status of Reacquired Shares. Any shares of Convertible Preferred Stock redeemed in accordance with this Certificate of Designations, or otherwise reacquired by the Company, will resume the status of authorized and unissued preferred stock, undesignated as to series and available for future issuance.
