Status Definitions. The eTravel System allows travelers to track the status and progress of Travel Claims, Settlements, Travel Authorizations, and Travel Advance Requests online. The status changes as it moves through the submission, review, and approval process. Below are the possible statuses in the System. Claim and Settlement Status Definitions In Process - Travel Claim is in the initial stage prior to supervisor review while the traveler is creating the new Travel Claim. The Travel Claim can be modified by the traveler at any time during this status. Pending Approval - Travel Claim is waiting for supervisor approval. This status also indicates that the Travel Claim is awaiting multiple approvals as a late claim. Approval in Process - Supervisor is reviewing and/or making comments on the claim. Traveler is unable to modify the claim. Approver Denied - The Travel Claim has been denied by the Approvers before reaching the Travel Office.

Under the terms of an Open Predication clause included in the purchase agreement, the Buyer has agreed to, within a specified period of time after seller receives another acceptable offer, either 1) remove the contract contingency for the sale of another property, or 2) release all rights under the agreement, permitting the Seller to accept the other acceptable offer that has been received. Status Definitions. Regular Full-Time Regular full-time employees are those who are not in a substitute, temporary, or hourly/benefit-ineligible status and who are regularly employed at RAMS’ full-time schedule. The full-time schedule is a 35-40-hour workweek. Regular full-time employees are eligible for RAMS’ benefits and paid time off (PTO) described in this Agreement. Regular Part-Time (20 Hours Per Week or Over) Employees Regular part-time employees are those who are not assigned to substitute, temporary, or benefit-ineligible status and who are regularly employed for 20-34 hours per week. Regular part-time employees (20 hours per week or over) are eligible for RAMS’ group health insurance benefits and PTO, and other benefits as described in this Agreement. Benefit levels will be based on the scheduled hours of the position to which the employee bid on or was hired into, and will not fluctuate in level if the employee works additional or fewer hours on an intermittent basis. Part-Time (Under 20 Hours Per Week) Employees Part-time employees are those who are regularly employed for less than twenty (20) hours per week. These employees are ineligible for RAMS’ group health insurance benefits, but may be eligible to receive Employer-sponsored healthcare expenditure contributions pursuant to the San Francisco Health Care Security Ordinance and the San Francisco Minimum Compensation Ordinance, as described in this Agreement. Per Diem Employees Per diem employees do not have a regular work schedule, but rather are scheduled to work on an as-needed basis, depending on their availability and program coverage needs, which may vary weekly. These employees are ineligible for RAMS’ group health insurance benefits, but may be eligible to receive Employer-sponsored healthcare expenditure contributions pursuant to the San Francisco Health Care Security Ordinance and the San Francisco Minimum Compensation Ordinance, as described in this Agreement.
Status Definitions. A full-time employee is one who is regularly scheduled to work thirty-two (32) hours to forty (40) hours per week. A part time employee is one who is regularly scheduled to work between twenty (20) and 31 (thirty-one) hours per week. A short-hour employee is one who is regularly scheduled to work less than twenty (20) hours per week. A PRN employee is one who is scheduled to work on an intermittent basis with no guarantee of scheduled hours. A part-time employee who averages thirty-two (32) or more hours per week for a period of twelve (12) consecutive weeks will be reclassified to full-time status if the schedule is expected to continue and the employee so desires. If the schedule is not expected to continue long-term, the timeframe may be extended to sixteen (16) weeks without the employee being given the option to convert to full-time status so long as the employee is notified prior to the end of the initial twelve (12) week timeframe.
