Statistical Usage Data. Okta owns the statistical usage data derived from the operation of the Service, including data regarding web applications utilized in connection with the Service, configurations, log data, and the performance results for the Service (“Usage Data”). Nothing herein shall be construed as prohibiting Okta from utilizing the Usage Data to optimize and improve the Service or otherwise operate Okta’s business; provided that if Okta provides Usage Data to third parties, such Usage Data shall be de-identified and presented in the aggregate so that it will not disclose the identity of Customer or any User(s) to any third party.
Statistical Usage Data. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Litera may collect, retain and use, both during and after the term of this Agreement, usage data that is derived from Customer’s use of the Software (“Usage Data”). Usage Data does not include any Customer Content. Litera will use the Usage Data for purposes of Litera’s business only, and will not sell Usage Data to any third party.
Statistical Usage Data. Circularise owns the statistical usage data derived from the operation of the Service, including data regarding web applications utilized in connection with the Service, configurations, log data, and the performance results for the Service (“Usage Data”). Nothing herein shall be construed as prohibiting Circularise from utilizing the Usage Data for purposes of operating Circularise’s business; provided that the Usage Data shall be de-identified and presented in the aggregate so that it will not disclose the identity of Customer or any User(s) to any third party.
Statistical Usage Data. Memcyco owns the statistical usage data derived from the operation of the SAAS Product, including log data, and the performance results for the SAAS Product (“Usage Data”). Nothing herein shall be construed as prohibiting Memcyco from utilizing the Usage Data for purposes of operating Memcyco’s business; provided that the Usage Data shall be de-identified and presented in the aggregate so that it will not disclose the identity of Customer or any User(s) to any third party.
Statistical Usage Data. Gryphon owns the statistical usage data derived from the operation of the Service, including data regarding web applications utilized in connection with the Service, configurations, log data, and the performance results for the Service (“Usage Data”). Nothing herein shall be construed as prohibiting Gryphon from utilizing the Usage Data to optimize and improve the Service or otherwise operate Gryphon’s business; provided that if Gryphon provides Usage Data to third parties, such Usage Data shall be de-identified and presented in the aggregate so that it will not disclose the identity of Customer or any User(s) to any third party.

XIX owns the statistical usage data derived from the operation of the Service, including data regarding web applications utilized in connection with the Service, configurations, log data, and the performance results for the Service (“Usage Data”). Nothing herein shall be construed as prohibiting XIX from utilizing the Usage Data to optimize and improve the Service or otherwise operate XIX’s business; provided that if XIX provides Usage Data to third parties, such Usage Data shall be de-identified and presented in the aggregate so that it will not disclose the identity of Customer or any User(s) to any third party.
Statistical Usage Data. SailPoint owns the statistical usage data derived from the operation of the SaaS Service, including data regarding applications utilised in connection with the SaaS Service, configurations, log data, and the performance results for the SaaS Service (“Usage Data”). Nothing herein shall be construed as prohibiting SailPoint from utilising the Usage Data to monitor and improve the SaaS Service or otherwise operate SailPoint’s business; provided that if SailPoint provides Usage Data to third parties, such Usage Data shall be de-identified and presented in the aggregate so that it will not disclose the identity of Customer or any human User to any third party.
Statistical Usage Data. SailPoint may collect, retain, and use, during and after the Term for purposes of SailPoint’s business, usage data that is derived from the operation of the SaaS Services, including patterns identified through the use of the SaaS Services and algorithms, log data, and data regarding the performance and availability of the Services (“Usage Data”). If SailPoint provides Usage Data to any third party (for example, a report on the aggregate number of identities governed with SailPoint's SaaS Services), such Usage Data shall be aggregated and anonymized so as not to disclose Customer’s or any User(s) identity.
Statistical Usage Data. IDVerifact may collect, retain, and use, during and after the Term for purposes of IDVerifact’s business, usage data that is derived from the operation of the SaaS Services, including patterns identified through the use of the SaaS Services and algorithms, log data, and data regarding the performance and availability of the Services (“Usage Data”). If IDVerifact provides Usage Data to any third party (for example, a report on the aggregatenumber of identities processed with IDVerifact's SaaS Services), such Usage Data shall be aggregated and anonymized so as not todisclose Customer’s or any User(s) identity.
Statistical Usage Data. Procore and its Affiliates may collect, use, and otherwise process Statistical Usage Data for their own analysis, analytics, marketing, and other internal business purposes, including, without limitation, improving Procore’s products and services. Except where Customer has expressly provided its written consent, Procore will only disclose Statistical Usage Data if such data is (a) aggregated or anonymized; and (b) does not disclose the identity of Customer or its Authorized Users or any Customer Confidential Information.
