At the commencement of performance, Consultant shall complete and submit, and require each Subconsultant who performs services under this Agreement to complete and submit, a Self-Certification on the form contained in the Exhibits. Statistical Reporting. With regard to the Policies written, the PA shall report, simultaneously to the Company and to the Company’s designated statistical agent, data necessary to satisfy all regulatory bodies, including, but not limited to, reporting statistical data as required from time to time.
