Station Manager. All grievances must be presented in writing to the Station Manager or designee within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which the employee or Union were aware or should have been aware that the grievance existed. The grievance shall be submitted on a form furnished by the Union and shall clearly state the facts, the identity of the allegedly aggrieved employee(s), the specific provisions of the Agreement alleged to have been violated, and the requested remedy. The Station Manager or designee will provide the Union with a written response no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after he or she receives the written grievance. If the Employer does not provide a timely written response to the grievance, the grievance moves to Step 2.

Station Manager. If the matter is not resolved at Step 1, the Union shall present the written grievance within seven (7) calendar days of the immediate supervisor's decision to the Station Manager and/or designee. The Station Manager and/or designee and the Union Business Manager or designee shall confer in an attempt to resolve the grievance. The Station Manager or de- signee shall issue a written reply within seven (7) calendar days following the date of the meeting. Should they fail to adjust the matter, either party may re- quire arbitration of the issue, or issues, involved by giving written notice to the other, said notice to be sent not later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the failure of adjustment efforts.

The Emergency Contact will be available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year for emergency procurements.

  • Union-Management Committee There shall be a union/management committee comprised of four (4) employee representatives appointed by the Union and four (4) employer representatives. The Committee's purpose is to provide and promote effective and meaningful communication of information and ideas and to make joint recommendations on matters of concern. Matters that are properly the subject of an individual grievance will not be discussed at this committee. The Committee will meet quarterly, unless agreed otherwise, at a time and place mutually agreed to provided there is business for their joint consideration. The parties will exchange agenda items at least one (1) week prior to the meeting. The parties further agree the Committee may meet at any time its members mutually agree a meeting should be held. The duties of the Chairperson will be shared by the parties. Copies of the minutes shall be provided to Committee members. The employer agrees to pay for time spent during regular working hours for representatives of the union attending such meetings. The parties may utilize video or teleconferencing services for the purposes of committee members attending committee meetings, where appropriate and available. Neither party can unreasonably deny an initiative to utilize video or teleconferencing services.

  • Contractor’s Contract Manager The Contractor’s Contract Manager, who is primarily responsible for the Contractor’s oversight of the Contract performance, will be identified in a separate writing to the Department upon Contract signing in the following format: Contractor’s Contract Manager Name Contractor’s Name Contractor’s Physical Address Contractor’s Telephone # Contractor’s Email Address If the Contractor changes its Contract Manager, the Contractor will notify the Department. Such a change does not require an amendment to the Contract.
