Static Pool Information. For clarification purposes, in this Section 8 only, it is understood that the termsPreliminary Prospectus” and “Prospectus” include static pool information required to be disclosed pursuant to Item 1105 of Regulation AB under the Act, without regard to whether such information is deemed to be a part of a prospectus under Item 1105(d) of Regulation AB under the Act.

Static Pool Information. The Static Pool Information will be true and correct in all material respects as of the date of the Preliminary Prospectus and as of the date of the Prospectus.
Static Pool Information. The initial Servicer will provide to the Administrative Agent and each Agent in regard to vintage originations, upon request (i) static pool gross and net loss history, (ii) static pool defaulted receivable recovery rates, (iii) static pool origination characteristics and (iv) any additional static pool information reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent or an Agent.

Static Pool Information. The Company may make Static Pool Information available to the Owner through a website that the Company will update from time to time, rather than including this information in regular statements to the Owner, provided that the Company shall deliver such information in electronic or hard copy upon request of the Owner.   • KYC Information (i) Upon the reasonable request of any Lender made at least five Business Days prior to the Closing Date, Borrower shall have provided to such Lender the documentation and other information so requested in connection with applicable “know your customer” and anti-money-laundering rules and regulations, including the Patriot Act, in each case at least five days prior to the Closing Date.

The Buyer is not aware of any facts that may constitute a breach of any of the Company's representations and warranties made herein.

  • Member Information Within five (5) days after receipt of a request from the Company, the Investor agrees to provide such information with respect to its status as a member (or potential member) of the Company and to execute and deliver such documents as may reasonably be necessary to comply with any and all laws and regulations to which the Company is or may become subject, including, without limitation, the need to determine the accredited investor status of the Company’s members. If the Investor transfers any Units, it will require the transferee of such Units to agree to provide such information to the Company requires as a condition of such transfer.

  • Statistical Information Any third-party statistical and market-related data included in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Disclosure Package and the Prospectus are based on or derived from sources that the Company believes to be reliable and accurate in all material respects.
