Static Data. The RDA contemplates that the parties may wish to set out “Static Data” in a schedule to the RDA. Static Data is data which the parties expect will remain constant across all Relevant Transactions and which will not require frequent updates. The Reporting Delegate will use this information in the preparation of its reports. The parties specify the type of data which will constitute Static Data for these purposes in a schedule to the RDA and the RDA envisages that parties may restrict the number of times such data may be updated. It is therefore important to ensure that only data which will be consistent across all Relevant Transactions is included in the definition of Static Data. In particular, parties should consider whether it is appropriate to categorise Relevant Transactions as “hedging” or “non-hedging” transactions in this schedule, given that this category may not be universally applicable to the body of Relevant Transactions being reported.

  • Electronic Data 7.1.1 The parties recognize that Contract Documents, including drawings, specifications and three-dimensional modeling (such as Building Information Models) and other Work Product may be transmitted among Owner, Design-Builder and others in electronic media as an alternative to paper hard copies (collectively “Electronic Data”).
