STATE’S DISTRICT SUPERINTENDENT. For the purposes of this Contract, the District Superintendent is the State representative responsible for the Premises. The District Superintendent is charged with the day-to-day administration of this Contract and is the Concessionaire’s initial contact with the State for information, contract performance, and other issues as might arise. The District Superintendent may delegate these responsibilities to a Sector or Park Superintendent or other individual.
