Common use of Statements to Securityholders Clause in Contracts

Statements to Securityholders. (a) On each Distribution Date, (i) the Indenture Trustee shall include with each distribution to each Noteholder of record as of the related Record Date and (ii) the Owner Trustee shall include with each distribution to each Certificateholder of record as of the related Record Date a statement, prepared by the Master Servicer, based on the information in the Distribution Date Statement furnished pursuant to Section 4.09, setting forth for such Distribution Date the following information as of the related Record Date or such Distribution Date, as the case may be:

(a) On each Distribution Date, (i) the Indenture Trustee shall include with each distribution to each Noteholder of record as of the related Record Date Date, and (ii) the Owner Trustee shall include with each distribution to each Certificateholder of record as of the related Record Date Date, a statement, prepared by the Master Servicer, based on the information in the Distribution Date Statement furnished pursuant to Section 4.09, setting forth for such Distribution Date the following information as of the related Record Date or such Distribution Date, as the case may be:
