STATEMENTS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED BY LICENSEE a. Within ninety (90) days of the Effective Date, Licensee shall submit to and discuss with the Government a proposed outline of charts of accounts, operating records and reports, which outline shall be in accordance with generally accepted and recognised accounting systems and consistent with normal practice of the international petroleum industry and the requirements of this Agreement. Within ninety (90) days of receiving the above submission, the Government shall either indicate its approval of the proposal or may request revisions to the proposal to the extent that such outline is not in accordance with generally accepted and recognised accounting systems and consistent with the normal practices of the international petroleum industry and the requirements of this Agreement. In the event that revisions are so requested by the Government, Licensee and the Government shall within one hundred and eighty (180) days after the Effective Date of the Agreement agree on the outline charts of accounts, operating records and reports which shall describe the basis of the accounting system and procedures to be developed and used under the Agreement. Following such agreement. Licensee shall expeditiously prepare and provide the Government with formal copies of the comprehensive charts of accounts related to the accounting, recording and reporting functions and allow the Government to examine Licensee's manuals and to review procedures which are, and shall be, observed under the Agreement.

Within ninety (90) days of the receipt of such proposal the Director General shall either accept it or request such revisions as the Director General deems necessary. Failure to notify Licensee of any requested revisions within a ninety (90) day period shall be deemed acceptance of such proposal. Within one hundred and eighty (180) days from the Effective Date, the Parties shall either agree on such outline or submit any outstanding issue for determination by a Sole Expert pursuant to the Arbitration provisions of this License. Following agreement over the outline Licensee shall prepare and submit to the Director General formal copies of the chart of accounts relating to the accounting, recording and reporting functions listed in such outline. Licensee shall also permit the Director General to inspect its manuals and to review all procedures which are to be followed under the License. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, Licensee shall make separate statements relating to Petroleum Operations for each Development and Production Area as follows:

  • Employee Information Required to be Reported by Certain Consultant Contractors and Service Contractors Chapter 10 of the Laws of 2006 amended the Civil Service Law and the State Finance Law, relative to maintaining certain information concerning Contract Employees working under State Agency service and consulting Contracts. State Agency consultant Contracts are defined as “Contracts entered into by a state Agency for analysis, evaluation, research, training, data processing, computer programming, engineering, environmental health and mental health services, accounting, auditing, paralegal, legal, or similar services” (“covered consultant Contract” or “covered consultant services”). The amendments also require that certain Contract Employee information be provided to the state Agency awarding such Contracts, OSC, DOB and CS. The effective date of these amendments was June 19, 2006. The requirements will apply to the covered Contracts awarded on and after such date. To meet these requirements, the Contractor agrees to complete:

  • WHO WILL REVIEW THE INFORMATION DISCLOSED ON THE RELATIONSHIP DISCLOSURE FORM AND ANY UPDATES? The information disclosed on this form and any updates will be a public record as defined by Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, and may therefore be inspected by any interested person. Also, the information will be made available to the Mayor and the BCC members. This form and any updates will accompany the information for the applicant’s project or item. However, for development-related items, if an applicant discloses the existence of one or more of the relationships described above and the matter would normally receive final consideration by the Concurrency Review Committee or the Development Review Committee, the matter will be directed to the BCC for final consideration and action following committee review.

  • Order to Submit to Testing A member's refusal or failure, when ordered, to submit within the time limits provided hereinafter to a test permitted by this Article shall subject the member to discipline. By taking a test under this Article, however, a member shall not be construed as waiving any objection or rights that he or she may possess. Within seventy-two (72) hours of the time the member is ordered to submit to reasonable suspicion testing, the City shall provide the member with a written notice setting forth the information and observations which form the basis of the order to test.

  • RESPONDING TO REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION To the extent authorized by the Participating Consumer(s) and to the extent such individual permission is required by law, the Competitive Supplier shall, during normal business hours (as set forth above), respond promptly and without charge therefore to reasonable requests of the Town for information or explanation regarding the matters covered by this ESA and the supply of electricity to Participating Consumers. Competitive Supplier agrees to designate a service representative or representatives (the “Service Contacts”) who shall be available for these purposes, and shall identify the office address and telephone number of such representative(s). Whenever necessary to comply with this Article 5.3, the Service Contacts shall call upon other employees or agents of the Competitive Supplier to obtain such information or explanation as may be reasonably requested. Nothing in this Article 5.3 shall be interpreted as limiting the obligation of the Competitive Supplier to respond to complaints or inquiries from Participating Consumers, or to comply with any regulation of the Department or AG regarding customer service.

  • Response/Compliance with Audit or Inspection Findings A. Grantee must act to ensure its and its Subcontractors’ compliance with all corrections necessary to address any finding of noncompliance with any law, regulation, audit requirement, or generally accepted accounting principle, or any other deficiency identified in any audit, review, or inspection of the Contract and the services and Deliverables provided. Any such correction will be at Grantee’s or its Subcontractor's sole expense. Whether Xxxxxxx's action corrects the noncompliance shall be solely the decision of the System Agency.
