Common use of Statements of Work Clause in Contracts

Statements of Work. If Customer orders Professional Services directly from Snow, the Parties will execute a separate Statement of Work (“SOW”), which will describe the (i) scope of the Professional Services to be provided by Snow, (ii) Customer’s related obligations, (iii) delivery location, and (iv) corresponding Fees. Each SOW executed by the Parties will reference and be subject to the terms of this MLSA and may contain additional terms.
