Common use of Statements and Confirmations Clause in Contracts

Statements and Confirmations. The Securities Intermediary will promptly send copies of all statements, confirmations and other correspondence concerning the Account and/or any financial assets credited thereto simultaneously to each of the Lien Grantor and the Secured Party at their respective addresses specified in Section 12 hereof.

The Securities Intermediary will promptly send copies of of, or make available electronically, all statements, confirmations and other correspondence concerning the Account Securities Accounts and/or any financial assets credited thereto simultaneously to each of the Lien Grantor and Debtor, the Secured Party Party, the Manager and each Initial Purchaser at their respective addresses specified the address referenced in Section 12 hereof.of this Agreement.
