PAYMENT AND CHARGES Details of all current fees and charges referred to in this section are stated in the Service and Price guide published by the Bank, copies of which are available on request. Costs and Charges 8.19.1 To protect the Landlord from loss arising from a claim that may be brought against the Tenant as a consequence of a breach by the Tenant of any covenant contained in this Agreement.
