STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST Services. Consultant shall develop a probable construction cost range, +/- 20%, for the Project (the “Programming Design Phase Statement of Probable Construction Cost”) based on the most recent programming information. Consultant shall arrange the costs of constituent elements in the “Construction Specification Institute” (“CSI”) format and shall include the costs of systems, assemblies, and functional areas.

STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST Services. Consultant shall update and refine the Schematic Design Phase Statement of Probable Construction Cost of the Project as it is related to the construction cost budget and taking into consideration: availability of materials and labor; Project delivery procedures; construction sequencing and scheduling; changes in scope of the Project; and adjustments in quality standards. Completion of these Services shall result in the “Design Development Phase Statement of Probable Construction Cost.”
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST Services. Consultant shall update and refine the Design Development Phase Statement of Probable Construction Cost of the Project related to the construction cost budget and shall take into consideration: availability of materials and labor; Project delivery; procedures; construction sequencing, and scheduling; changes in scope of the Project; and adjustments in quality standards. Completion of these Services shall result in the “Construction Documents Phase Statement of Probable Construction Cost.” A.4.11 ALL SPECIFIED ITEMS SHALL BE STANDARD, cataloged, manufactured items or "off the shelf" items. No custom items shall be designed or specified without prior written authorization of Owner. No proprietary or "sole source" items shall be specified. Brand name products may be specified so long as "approved equal" is included with their specification, if there is no other practical method of specification.

Consultant shall fully cooperate with the CM/GC during all phases of design and the construction phase (s) of the Project.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST Services. Consultant shall work with the CPD delivery team to develop a probable construction cost range, +/- 3%, for the Project (“Implementation Document Phase Statement of Probable Construction Cost”) based on the most recent construction documents, detailed design and criteria design information. Consultant shall assist the CPD delivery team to arrange the costs of constituent elements in the “Construction Specification Institute” (“CSI”) format and shall include the costs of systems, assemblies, and functional areas. Consultant shall fully cooperate with the CM/GC during all phases of design and the construction phase (s) of the Project. Consultant shall work with the CPD delivery team to update and refine the Construction Documents Phase Statement of Probable Construction Cost of the Project related to the construction cost budget and in doing so shall take into consideration: availability of materials and labor; Project delivery; procedures; construction sequencing, and scheduling; changes in scope of the Project; and adjustments in quality standards. Completion of these Services must result in the “Construction Documents (Implementation Documents) Phase Statement of Probable Construction Cost.” This cost will become the basis for final negotiations with the CM/GC and establishing the final Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). Upon acceptance of this supplemental service, consultant shall provide 3rd party independent cost estimate of Probable Construction Cost and consult with the Owner and CM/GC in comparing and reconciling the two independent cost estimates. Consultant shall meet the Project budget requirements, all consistent with the requirements of the Owner’s Project Requirements.

Related to STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST Services

  • DIRECT CONSTRUCTION COST Direct Construction Cost means the sum of the amounts that Contractor actually and necessarily incurs constructing the Project in strict compliance with the Construction Documents. Direct Construction Cost includes only the cost categories set forth in this Article and does not include the Pre-Construction Phase Fees or the Construction Phase Fees unless specifically noted. References in the UGSC to adjustments in “cost” or “costs” mean the Direct Construction Cost.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Pre-Construction Phase Services performed before issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. Pre-Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services. Contractor shall perform the following Pre-Construction Phase Services:

  • Routine Maintenance, Construction, and Repair The NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may interrupt interconnection service or curtail the output of the Small Generating Facility and temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility from the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System when necessary for routine maintenance, construction, and repairs on the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System. The NYISO or the Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the Interconnection Customer with five Business Days notice prior to such interruption. The NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer.

  • BUILDER’S RISK FOR CONSTRUCTION RENOVATION PROJECTS If the project is CONSTRUCTION RENOVATION of an existing structure, and the State has already determined that Contractor will not be obligated to obtain and maintain Builder’s Risk insurance, then the following provisions apply:

  • Construction Phase - Administration of the Construction Contract 1.6.1 The Construction Phase shall commence with the acceptance of the Construction Manager’s Guaranteed Maximum Price (or acceptance of a partial Guaranteed Maximum Price for a stage or phase) and issuance of a Notice to Proceed with Construction Services and terminate sixty (60) days after Final Payment to the Contractor is made, or when all of Architect/Engineer’s services have been satisfactorily performed, whichever occurs later.

  • BUILDER’S RISK FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS If the project is NEW CONSTRUCTION, then the following provisions apply:

  • Contract Construction 6.27.1 The parties acknowledge that each party and its counsel have reviewed this CONTRACT and that the normal rule of construction to the effect that any ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting party shall not be employed in the interpretation of this CONTRACT or any amendment or exhibits hereto.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE FEE The Pre-Construction Phase Fee is the total compensation payable to Contractor for the performance of Pre-Construction Phase Services, except for Additional Pre-Construction Phase Services approved in advance and in writing by Owner. The Pre-Construction Phase Fee shall be a lump sum amount based on the AACC established in this Agreement.

  • RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONSTRUCTION COST 5.2.1 Evaluations of the Owner's Project budget, preliminary estimates of Construction Cost and detailed estimates of Construction Cost prepared by the Design Professional represent the Design Professional's best judgment as a design professional familiar with the construction industry. It is recognized, however, that neither the Design Professional nor the Owner has control over the cost of labor, materials or equipment, over the Contractor's methods of determining bid prices, or over competitive bidding or market conditions. Accordingly, the Design Professional cannot and does not warrant or represent that bids or cost proposals will not vary from the Owner's Project budget or from any estimate of Construction Cost or evaluation prepared or agreed to by the Design Professional.

  • Special Construction If, after an order is placed, Xxxxxxx finds that third-party special construction services are needed to build, configure or install any additional facilities and/or equipment necessary for Verizon to provide Access service, Verizon will notify the Customer of any such special construction charges. If Customer does not accept the special construction charges, Customer may terminate the order(s) affected by the special construction charges, with no cancellation fee(s).
